AIBE 19 Family Law 2024: The Bar Council of India has released the AIBE 19 syllabus 2024 through an official press release on its website. The AIBE 19 syllabus has been changed this year with the addition of three new topics - Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam. The AIBE 19 syllabus has a total of 19 subjects. Family Law is a very important subject in the AIBE 19 syllabus. The Family Law subject will comprise 8 questions out 100 of the total 100 questions in All India Bar Examination. Concept of marriage in general: Nature of Hindu Marriage; Applicability of Legislation (Section 2 of HMA, 1955); Conditions for the validity of marriage (sections 3 and 5 of HMA, 1955); Solemnisation of marriage with special reference to live in relationship (section 7 of HMA, 1955 r/w Section 114 Indian Evidence Act); Registration of Marriage (section 8 of HMA, 1955); Void marriages (sections 11 r/w 17, 18 of HMA, 1955 r/w section 494 and 495 IPC); Voidable marriage (section 12).

The BPP is typically required for those who do not have a formal educational qualification equivalent to 10+2.it has nothing to do with aibe exam because it conducted to assess basic level knowledge of law degree student and lay down minimum benchmark for entering into practice of law in addition to assessing candidate's analytical skills.

To take AIBE EXAM you need to do bachelor's degree in law either of five or three years course from a recognised university.if you done your graduation you can take admission in three years law course through direct entry or by giving law entrance exam like CLAT CUET ailet etc.
