AP LAWCET 2026 Second Round Counselling Dates Out: Check Web-Option, Allotment Dates
The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has announced the AP LAWCET 2026 second round counselling schedule. Registration for phase 2, the final phase of counselling, will be open from October 26, 2026. Candidates seeking admission to 3-year LLB, 5-year LLB and LLM programmes can register and exercise their web options at cap.apcfss.in. The AP LAWCET and AP PGLCET 2026 second-round seat allotment result will be released on November 4. Candidates who registered in the first round but did not receive a seat, and those not satisfied with their previous allotment, can also participate.
AP LAWCET 2026 Second Round Counselling Schedule
Steps to Register for AP LAWCET 2026 Round 2 Counselling
Candidates can follow these steps to register for the second round of AP LAWCET/AP PGLCET 2026 counselling:
Visit the official AP Common Admission Portal at cap.apcfss.in.
Open the AP LAWCET/AP PGLCET 2026 admissions section.
Complete Aadhaar-based authentication, which is compulsory for direct registration.
Confirm the basic details and upload the required certificates as PDFs for verification.
Pay the applicable processing fee: Rs 1,050 for General candidates and Rs 550 for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Candidates who paid the fee during phase 1 do not need to pay again.
Submit the application and save the application number sent to the registered mobile number.
Log in using the application number, date of birth and OTP to exercise web options from October 28 to 30.
AP LAWCET Phase 2 Web Options: Rules for Candidates
Candidates satisfied with their round 1 seat: Those who accepted or joined the allotted college and are satisfied with the seat do not need to exercise web options again.
Candidates seeking a better seat: Those who are not satisfied with their phase 1 allotment can exercise web options. If they receive a seat in the second round, their first round allotment will be automatically cancelled.
Candidates allotted a seat but who did not confirm it: Their round 1 allotment will be automatically cancelled, and they can exercise web options in the second round.
Candidates who did not receive a seat in phase 1: They can exercise web options during the final phase.
Candidates who exercise round 2 options but do not receive a new seat: Their confirmed round 1 seat will be retained.
New candidates: Candidates registering for the first time in phase 2 can also exercise web option.

AP LAWCET 2026 Phase 2 Seat Allotment
The AP LAWCET/AP PGLCET 2026 seat allotment round 2 result will be announced on November 4. Allotment will be based on candidates' entrance exam ranks, web options, reservation rules, local/non-local status and available seats. Phase 2 will fill seats remaining vacant after phase 1. Candidates allotted seats must report to their respective colleges between November 5 and 7, 2026.
