The Delhi High Court will hear all the CLAT 2025 petitions on March 3. It is expected that the cases will be resolved soon and the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) will release a revised CLAT 2025 counselling schedule. The Supreme Court earlier transferred all the pending cases in CLAT 2025 to the Delhi HC in its February 6 hearing. The main goal of the SC judgement is to consolidate multiple cases that are being heard in various high courts across the country. The decision to transfer all the cases to one court will speed up the resolution and avoid contradictory judgements. The court petitions challenging the CLAT 2025 results are pending in the High Courts of Kolkata, Bombay, Madhya Pradesh, and Delhi. It remains to be seen whether the existing CLAT 2025 results will be upheld or the result will be revised in the upcoming hearing.
The Delhi HC in its earlier verdict delivered on December 20 had revised answers to two questions in CLAT UG 2025 and directed the consortium to publish the revised result.
