The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the tentative CUET PG 2027 exam dates for 3-year LLB and LLM. CUET PG 2027 exam will be conducted from March 1 to 25, 2027, on multiple dates. The exam dates are March 1-5, 8, 12-20 and 24-25, with March 30 and 31 kept as buffer (backup or reserve) dates. CUET PG is a computer-based entrance examination. CUET PG exam scores are used for admission to 3-year LLB and LLM programmes offered by participating Central Universities and other universities and institutions. CUET PG covers law, humanities, social sciences, sciences and other courses.

The CUET PG 2027 exam will be conducted in the following format:
Mode: The exam will be conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode.
Questions: The paper will have 75 objective-type MCQs based on the selected subject.
Duration: Candidates will get 90 minutes to complete the exam.
Medium: The question paper will be available in English and Hindi, except for specific language and Acharya papers.
Marking scheme: Candidates will get 4 marks for every correct answer, while 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
Unattempted questions: No marks will be awarded or deducted for unattempted questions.
The CUET PG 2027 application form is expected to be released in December 2026. Candidates will have to fill out the CUET PG 2027 application form online through the official website, exams.nta.nic.in.
The registration process requires candidates to fill in their personal and academic details, upload mandatory documents such as a photograph, signature and category certificate, and choose up to four preferred test centres.
The registration fee is based on the candidate's category and covers up to two test papers. Candidates can select additional test papers by paying the prescribed fee for each extra paper.

The CUET PG exam is accepted by Central Universities and other participating universities and institutions across India. In the 2026 cycle, the participating institutions included:
Central Universities: 45 institutions, including University of Delhi (DU), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), and Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).
State Universities: 40 universities run and managed by individual state governments.
Government institutions: 24 government-funded institutions.
Deemed and private universities: 89 institutions operating on a self-financed basis.
