TS LAWCET 2019 - The Osmania University had extended the last date to submit the application form of TS LAWCET 2019 till May 16, 2019. The university announced the application form of TS LAWCET 2019 along with the official notification. In order to secure admissions into the university for the aforementioned programmes, candidates will have to first qualify TS LAWCET 2019. The Telangana State Council for Higher Education will release TS LAWCET cut offs mentioning the ranks for which counselling will be conducted. In order to finalize their admissions, candidates will have to compulsorily attend TS LAWCET 2019 counselling session, else their admissions will be forfeited.
TS LAWCET, known as Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test, is conducted by the Osmania University on behalf of Telangana State Council for Higher Education. The entrance examination is the sole mode of admission qualifying which a candidate paves way for his/her admissions into the university’s law programmes.

Given below are the eligibility criteria of TS LAWCET 2019 which candidates have to fulfil to be considered for further TS LAWCET related admission procedures. Before proceeding with the application form, candidates should have ensured that they fulfill the eligibility criteria.
Three Year LLB Programme
Candidates should have a graduation degree (under the 10+2+3 pattern) from a recognized university with at least an aggregate of 45% or passed any other equivalent examination with the same aggregate.
Five Year LLB Programme
Candidates should have cleared their two-year intermediate examination (under 10+2 pattern) with at least an aggregate of 45% or any other examination considered equivalent to the Board of Intermediate Education, T.S. and Bar Council of India.
There is no age limit for candidates applying for the programmes.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories will be provided with a relaxation of 5% marks in the exams mentioned above.
Candidates should be Indian nationals and satisfy the local/unreserved status as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order, 1974.
Candidates who have finished their 10+2 or graduation/post graduation directly from open universities without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies will not be eligible for the programme.
The Osmania University had announced the application form of TS LAWCET 2019 on March 15, 2019 in online mode. The last date to submit the application form without late fee was May 7, 2019. Candidates had to submit a completely filled application form, remit the application fees, and submit all the requisite documents to complete the application process and participate in further admission related processes. Candidates can apply for TS LAWCET 2019 till May 16, by remitting a late fee of Rs. 2000/-.
Candidates first had to click on the official link for TS LAWCET application form 2019.
Then they will have to click on the ‘application fee payment’ tab.
In the window called ‘payment verification’ which will now appear, candidates will be required to fill their names, qualifying examination hall ticket number, date of birth, email Id, payment type (net banking/Credit card/Debit card/TS online centres), and so on.
Upon successful payment of fees for the application form of TS LAWCET 2019, candidates were taken to a new page.
Candidates had to click on the ‘proceed to fill the application’ tab and click on ‘proceed to fill the application form’ button.
Candidates were required to fill all the details to complete the TS LAWCET application form 2019 like personal details, address, qualifying examination details, exam centre preferences, and so on.
Then they had to click on the ‘submit/preview’ button.
After this stage, candidates could click on the ‘modify’ button to make any changes in the application form.
If candidates wanted to submit the application form, candidates could click on the ‘confirm/freeze’ button’ to confirm the application.
Candidates received a message stating that the application form had been submitted successfully.

The Osmania University had released the hall ticket of TS LAWCET 2019 in online mode on May 15, 2019. The TS LAWCET 2019 hall ticket serves to be an important document for those who were appearing for the entrance examination. Candidates were advised to carry a few printouts of the admit card along with a valid identity proof to be allowed to sit for the examination. Those candidates who failed to furnish these documents on the day of the exam were not allowed to sit for the test.

Firstly, candidates were advised to go through the exam pattern and syllabus of TS LAWCET 2019 so that they could prepare accordingly and acquire a firm grip over the pattern, difficult level, and topics tested in the exam.
It is extremely important that candidates practice the TS LAWCET mock test 2019 to practice the concepts they have learnt. Once candidates practice a sample question paper within the same conditions as that of the exam, they will also get some cues on how to manage their time and finish the paper on time.

In addition to this, solving TS LAWCET 2019 mock test within the same conditions as that of the exam will help candidates to increase their speed as well as devise paper attempting strategies which they could use in exam.

On the new window that appeared, candidates were presented with three courses for which they would like to take the test for - LAWCET Three Years, LAWCET Five Years, PGLCET.

The law entrance test was held in around sixteen exam centres around India. Candidates were asked to choose their most preferred exam centres while filling the application form. The exam centres of TS LAWCET 2019 was shown on the application form on the basis of their availability; once a centre reaches its maximum intake, it was no longer be available for candidates to choose. Also, once candidates had submitted the application form along with the exam centre preferences, they were not be able to change it anymore. Candidates were able to find the TS LAWCET 2019 exam centres allotted to them on their admit cards.

TS LAWCET 2019 Exam Centres - Andhra Pradesh
Shri Krishnadevaraya Institute has released the provisional answer key of TS LAWCET 2019 for three year and five year integrated LLB programmes on May 23, 2019. The answer key mentions correct answers to the questions asked in the test. The university is also giving an opportunity to the candidates to submit their objections. After taking into the objections into consideration, a final TS LAWCET 2019 answer key will be published which will form the basis of evaluation of candidates. With the help of the answer key, candidates will be able to compare the answers they gave in the exam with the correct ones and calculate the approximate score they will secure in the test.

The Osmania University has announced the TS LAWCET 2019 result for three year and five year integrated programmes on June 2, 2019. Candidates can check their results in online mode. The result of TS LAWCET 2019 mentions the candidates’ scores and qualifying status. The minimum marks which candidates should score to qualify the entrance test is 42 for the general category; SC/ST candidates have no such minimum marks to fulfil to qualify for the entrance test.

Then they will be required to enter their registration number, date of birth, and roll number in the space provided.
Uon entering these details, a pdf will appear displaying the scores and qualifying status of all the candidates.

The Telangana State Council for Higher Education will announce the cut off of TS LAWCET 2019 in October 2019 for all categories. Candidates will be able to check the cutoffs in both online and offline modes. TS LAWCET 2019 cut off will specify the last rank at which candidates will called for the counselling round of the university. Before announcing the cut offs, the university will also publish a merit list ranking candidates on the basis of their marks in the entrance test. Candidates mentioned in the merit list will be called for the counselling round only if they manage to meet the cut offs.
The Osmania University, Hyderabad, will start with counselling of TS LAWCET 2019 in the third week of October 2019 for candidates seeking admissions into the five year integrated and three year LLB programmes. Candidates qualifying the cut offs will have to necessarily attend the counselling round within the specified dates. Nevertheless, the university will also provide a second chance to candidates who did not complete the counselling procedure in the first phase to do so in the second phase.
Following are the steps involved in TS LAWCET 2019 counselling.
As first step of TS LAWCET counselling 2019, candidates will first have to get their documents verified at the specified centre.
Secondly, candidates will be required to exercise their web options, wherein they will have to submit their college preferences.
Also they will have to pay the counselling registration fees.
The university will then release an allotment list mentioning the names of the candidates and the colleges allotted to them.
Candidates will then have to download the provisional allotment letter and report the college by the stipulated deadline.
If candidates do not report to the allotted college on the reporting day, their admissions will be cancelled.
The university will also conduct a second phase of counselling for candidates who did not participate in phase one or did not report to the allotted college.
