The Osmania University, Hyderabad, will declare the TS LAWCET 2026 result on June 5, 2026, on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE). The TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET entrance exam results will be announced online on the official website: lawcet.tgche.ac.in. Candidates who appeared for the exam can access their rank card by entering their registration number, hall ticket number, and date of birth.
The results will be based on the TS LAWCET final answer key 2026. The final answer key will also be released on the same day. General category candidates need to score at least 25% marks (30 out of 120) to qualify for the TS LAWCET 3-year and 5-year LLB exam. However, there is no minimum qualifying criterion for SC/ST candidates. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to register for the centralised web-based counselling process.

TGCHE will release the TS LAWCET 2026 scorecards online. Candidates can download their scorecards by following the step-by-step process given below:
Visit the TGCHE official website: lawcet.tgche.ac.in.
Click on the "Download Rank Card" link on the homepage.
Log in using the TS LAWCET registration number, hall ticket number, and date of birth.
Click on the "Get Rank Card" button.
The TS LAWCET 2026 result will be displayed on the screen.
Download the rank card PDF and take a printout for the counselling process.

The rank card is a mandatory document for verification during the admission process. Candidates must verify that the following details are correctly printed on their TS LAWCET 2026 scorecard:
Name of the candidate
Roll number and registration number
Candidate's photograph and signature
Section-wise marks obtained
Total marks secured out of 120
State-wide rank obtained
Category-wise rank (if applicable)
Qualification status (qualified/not qualified)

If two or more candidates secure the same marks in the TS LAWCET 2026 entrance exam, their inter-se merit will be determined using the official tie-breaking criteria in the following order of preference:
Marks in Part C: Candidates who score higher marks in the Legal Aptitude section will be given a higher rank.
Marks in Part B: If the tie remains, candidates with higher marks in the Current Affairs section will be ranked higher.
Age Seniority: If the tie persists, the candidate who is older in age will be preferred during ranking.

The university will release the TS LAWCET 2026 merit list shortly after the result declaration. The merit list contains the names, ranks, and roll numbers of all qualified candidates. Shortlisted candidates must register for the web-based counselling process, which is expected to begin in the first week of August 2026. During counselling, candidates will have to upload their documents for verification and lock their college preferences online. Seats will be allotted based on the TS LAWCET rank, category, and choices filled by the candidates.
