The AP LAWCET will be held on May 4, 2026. With so little time to prepare for the AP LAWCET exam, candidates should also bear in mind that they must follow the AP LAWCET 2026 exam day guidelines. Candidates appearing for the AP LAWCET 2026 should carry their admit card, a valid photo ID proof, and a ballpoint pen. Try to reach the exam centre around 30 to 60 minutes before the test begins to avoid overcrowding at the centre. All the candidates should follow the AP LAWCET 2026 dress code and know what to wear and what not to wear on the exam day. Candidates must not write any calculations or answers on the question paper; instead, the invigilators at the AP LAWCET exam centre will provide students with rough work sheets if required.
The AP LAWCET 3-year LLB 2026 exam will be held in the morning, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Whereas, the AP LAWCET 5-year LLB and AP PGLCET will be held from 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM at the designated exam centres.

The following are the exam day guidelines for the AP LAWCET 2026 examination, which must be followed by every student.
Report to the examination centre at the reporting time mentioned in the AP LAWCET 2026 hall ticket.
Candidates must have a copy of the AP LAWCET admit card 2026 along with a valid ID proof such as a voter ID, passport, or Aadhaar card.
No electronic devices like digital watches, calculators or mobile phones are allowed inside the AP LAWCET exam centre.
Candidates must also carry a blue/black ballpoint pen, and they are allowed to carry a transparent water bottle.
Follow all the relevant instructions and guidelines issued by the exam authorities.
The candidate will not be allowed into the examination hall after the commencement of the AP LAWCET exam. (Gates will be closed 15 minutes before the commencement of the exam).
Candidates must remain seated in their allotted places till the completion of the exam.
When entering the AP LAWCET exam hall, candidates will be asked to show their admit card to the staff. In case any candidates forget to bring the hall ticket, they won’t be allowed to enter the premises. Hence, it is really important to carry the AP LAWCET admit card along with other prescribed documents. Additionally, any tampering with the hall ticket will directly lead to disciplinary action and disqualification from taking the exam.
