Both AP LAWCET 3-year and 5-year LLB exams consist of the following three sections, as mentioned in the AP LAWCET exam pattern 2026:
Part A: General Knowledge and Mental Ability: History, Geography, Indian Constitution, General Science, and Puzzles.
Part B: Current Affairs: National/International events, awards, political developments, and legal current affairs from the past year.
Part C: Aptitude for the Study of Law: This section carries the highest weightage (50%) and covers the Indian Constitution, Law of Torts, Criminal Law, Legal Maxims, and Legal Terms.
