Candidates can calculate their expected CLAT scores from the answer key. The CLAT 2026 final answer key includes the questions removed due to valid objections raised by candidates. They can refer to the marking scheme used to evaluate the exam. Correct answers are given 1 mark, and incorrect answers reduce the score by 0.25 marks. There is no negative marking for unanswered questions.
Example: A candidate attempted 100 questions. There were 90 correct answers and 10 incorrect answers. The CLAT score would be calculated as:
Correct answers: 90*1 = 90
Incorrect answers: 10*0.25 = 2.5

Hey there,
If you mean CLAT eligibility for admission to 5-year LLB courses, there is no fixed CLAT score/rank that guarantees eligibility. You must first meet the basic Class 12 eligibility criteria, and admission is based on your CLAT rank, category, preferences, and counselling cut-offs.
