K C Law College has the highest vacancy among the top MH CET 3-year LLB colleges, with 190 seats vacant. This is followed by DES Shri Navalmal Firodia Law College with 109 vacant seats. These colleges give candidates relatively more options in the final CAP round.

Four colleges in the list are affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University; together, they have 344 vacant seats. Candidates open to studying in Pune therefore have several options to consider in MH CET 3-year LLB round 3 web options.

While some colleges have more than half of their seats vacant, GLC Mumbai has only 14.7% vacant seats. Candidates targeting GLC should keep it high in their preference list if it is their first choice, but should also add colleges with higher vacancy levels lower down to keep realistic options open in the final CAP round.

MH CET 3-Year LLB Round 3 2026: Betterment, Freeze and Seat Acceptance Rules

Round 3 is the last MH CET LLB CAP round 2026. Candidates allotted a seat in this round will not get another opportunity for betterment. Those who receive a better preference than their earlier allotment can accept the new seat without paying the Rs 1,000 seat acceptance fee again, if they have already paid it in an earlier round. However, they must report to the newly allotted college.

Candidates who had selected freeze in an earlier round and completed their admission cannot directly participate in round 3. They must first cancel their confirmed admission through the prescribed process and get the cancellation completed by the college. Only after this can they submit a fresh round 3 college option form.

Candidates submitting a fresh or revised option form will be considered only for the preferences entered in the round 3 form. Therefore, candidates should check the vacant seat position and arrange their college preferences carefully.
