Passing Marks for AP LAWCET 2026, Tie-Breaking Rules
APSCHE declared the AP LAWCET 2026 results on May 18, 2026, in online mode on the official website - cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. Candidates from the general and OBC categories must secure at least 35% passing marks to qualify. This minimum marks criterion applies to both the 3-year and 5-year LLB programmes. There is no minimum qualifying percentage prescribed by APSHE for SC and ST candidates. However, appearing and qualifying in the exam is mandatory. Only those who qualify are eligible to take part in the centralised counselling and AP LAWCET 2026 seat allotment process.
Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam will conduct AP LAWCET 2026 on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. The AP LAWCET 2026 cutoff will be released during the AP LAWCET centralised counselling rounds 2026. The cut-off will vary based on the candidate’s rank, category-wise reservation, and seat availability in participating colleges.

AP LAWCET Tie-Breaking Rules 2026
When two or more candidates secure the same marks in AP LAWCET 2026, the following tie-breaker method is applied to assign ranks and prepare the AP LAWCET 2026 merit list:
In case of a tie, candidates securing more marks in Part C will be considered first.
If the tie continues, marks obtained in Part B will be taken into account.
If the tie persists, age seniority will be considered, and older candidates will be given priority.

APSCHE has released the AP Lawcet applcation form . Law aspirants interested in admission into 3-year and 5-year LLB courses can access the form on the official website - cets.apsche.ap.gov.in by paying an application fee of INR 900 (General/OC), INR 850 for BC and INR 800 for SC/ST.
