The TS LAWCET 2026 exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 18, 2026. The TS LAWCET exam 2026 will be conducted for all three courses in separate shifts. The TS LAWCET 3-year LLB 2026 exam will be conducted in two shifts - 9:30 am to 11 am and 12:30 pm to 2 pm. Meanwhile, the TS LAWCET 2026 5-year LLB and TS PGLCET 2026 exam will be conducted from 4 pm to 5:30 pm on May 18, 2026. Candidates taking the exam must make sure they know and follow all the TS LAWCET 2026 exam day guidelines. Below-given are some of the important exam day guidelines for the TS LAWCET 2026 exam:
Candidates must check fields like Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Category, Stream/Course printed on the hall ticket. In case of any discrepancy, they must communicate to the TS LAWCET Office, immediately.
Candidates are advised to visit the test centre a day before the examination to identify the exact route and the location.
The TS LAWCET 2026 hall ticket must be shown at the Entrance of the test centre and also in the examination hall, failing which the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the test.
Filled-in-Online Application Form should be kept ready by affixing photograph duly attested by Gazetted Officer / Principal of college where studied and also provide left hand thumb impression using stamp pad in the space provided well in advance and hand over this filled-in-online application form to invigilator after signing in the presence of invigilator.
Candidates are not allowed to bring loose sheets/blank papers into the examination hall for the purpose of rough work. Blank papers will be provided for rough work in the examination hall. Candidates have to hand over the rough sheets to the invigilator concerned after end of the examination.
Candidates will not be permitted into the examination hall once the test commences and will not be allowed to leave the examination hall till the end of the examination. Candidates will not be allowed into the examination hall even if they are late by one minute.
The check-in procedure inside the Examination Hall includes Photo. This is a security feature which will allow TS LAWCET & PGLCET authorities to verify candidate’s identity and also to check impersonation.
Follow the instructions announced by the invigilator carefully. No clarifications or doubts related to the questions of examination will be entertained during the examination. If candidates face any hardware or software problems with computer system provided, they must inform the same to the invigilators for rectifying the problem immediately. In case the problem is not rectified within the reasonable time, candidates will be provided with another computer system. The time lost for changing the system will be compensated.
Calculators, mathematical/log tables, pagers, cell phones, watches, large spectacles, any other electronic gadgets into the examination hall are strictly prohibited.
Candidates should note that in case of any discrepancy in the questions in bilingual papers, which is because of ambiguity in translation, the English version of the question shall be treated as final.
A candidate is permitted to write the examination only once, though he/she has submitted multiple applications. The performance in the first appearance is only considered.
If a candidate adopts any kind of unfair means during the time of the test, the applicant is liable for invalidation of his/her performance in the examination. Any act of impersonation by the candidate and/or by somebody else during the time of test will attract criminal action and the applicant will forfeit the claim of appearing for the test.
Candidates are advised to avoid bringing valuable devices or personal belongings to the examination hall as there may not be a guaranteed security facility for safe-keeping outside the examination hall.
Issue of the TS LAWCET 2026 hall ticket and appearance at the test does not automatically entitle the candidate for admission into a college. The candidate has to fulfill all the prescribed eligibility conditions apart from qualifying in the Entrance examination.
No travelling expenses will be paid for the journey to take the test.
The TS LAWCET 2026 hall ticket must be preserved till the time of admission into the college.
Candidates must carry the following documents along with them on the TS LAWCET 2026 exam day:
Black/Blue ball point pen
TS LAWCET 2026 hall ticket
Filled in online application form (caste certificate in case of SC/ST category only, if he/she has not furnished the caste certificate number at the time of submission of online application form)
ID proof (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/PAN Card/Passport).
