एआईबीई 20 सर्टिफिकेट ऑफ प्रैक्टिस (सीओपी) रिलीज की तारीख

बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया (बीसीआई) एआईबीई परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वाले उम्मीदवारों के लिए प्रैक्टिस सर्टिफिकेट (सीओपी) जारी करता है। यह अनिवार्य दस्तावेज एक स्थायी लाइसेंस के रूप में कार्य करता है, जो अधिवक्ताओं को भारतीय न्यायालयों में वकालत करने का कानूनी अधिकार प्रदान करता है। बीसीआई जल्द ही अपनी आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर एआईबीई 20 के सीओपी जारी करने की तिथि की घोषणा करेगा। एआईबीई 20 का सीओपी एआईबीई के रिजल्ट घोषित होने के तीन से पांच महीने के भीतर जारी किया जाता है।

एआईबीई 20 रिजल्ट 7 जनवरी, 2026 को घोषित किया गया था। एआईबीई सीओपी के लिए प्रक्रिया AIBESCOPE मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन पर डिजिटल रिलीज़ के साथ शुरू होती है, जिसके बाद संबंधित राज्य बार काउंसिलों के माध्यम से भौतिक प्रतियां वितरित की जाती हैं। यह डिजिटल CoP दस्तावेज वैध दस्तावेज नहीं माना जाता है और न ही इसे प्रिंट या डाउनलोड किया जा सकता है। योग्य उम्मीदवारों को सीओपी की भौतिक प्रतियां प्राप्त करनी होंगी।

एआईबीई 20 सीओपी कैसे प्राप्त करें?
जिन उम्मीदवारों ने एआईबीई 20 परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर ली है और अपना नामांकन प्रमाण पत्र जमा कर दिया है, उन्हें सीओपी प्राप्त होगा। वे एआईबीई 20 सीओपी प्राप्त करने के लिए नीचे दिए गए चरणों का पालन कर सकते हैं।
उम्मीदवारों को एआईबीई 20 परीक्षा में शामिल होना होगा।
सामान्य और ओबीसी उम्मीदवारों के लिए न्यूनतम 42.75 अंक और एससी, एसटी और पीडब्ल्यूडी उम्मीदवारों के लिए न्यूनतम 38 अंक प्राप्त करके परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करना आवश्यक है।
बीसीआई योग्य उम्मीदवारों के लिए एआईबीई 20 कॉप को राज्य बार काउंसिल को भेजेगा।
योग्य उम्मीदवार AIBESCOPE एप्लिकेशन के माध्यम से अपने सीओपी की स्थिति का पता लगा सकते हैं।
राज्य परिषद में कॉपी प्राप्त होने के बाद, उम्मीदवार उसकी भौतिक प्रतियां प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
एआईबीई XX (20) सीओपी के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज
कुछ राज्य परिषदें उम्मीदवार को एआईबीई 20 सीओपी जारी करने से पहले कुछ दस्तावेज मांग सकती हैं। ऐसे में, उम्मीदवारों को संग्रह के दिन आवश्यक दस्तावेज अपने साथ लाने होंगे। एआईबीई 20 सीओपी प्राप्त करने के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की सूची नीचे दी गई है।

प्रोविजनल नामांकन प्रमाण पत्र
3 वर्षीय या 5 वर्षीय एलएलबी डिग्री और मार्कशीट
आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड या वोटर आईडी जैसे वैध पहचान प्रमाण।
हाल ही में खींची गई रंगीन पासपोर्ट फोटो
जाति या विकलांगता प्रमाण पत्र

बार काउंसिल नामांकन संख्या और प्रमाण पत्र जैसी जानकारी को अपडेट करें।
