एआईबीई 20 प्रमाणपत्र जारी होने की तिथि: यह कब और कैसे मिलेगा

बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया ने 7 जनवरी, 2026 को एआईबीई 20 के रिजल्ट घोषित कर दिए हैं। रिजल्ट घोषित होने के बाद, लगभग 1,74,386 उम्मीदवार अपने एआईबीई 20 प्रैक्टिस सर्टिफिकेट का बेसब्री से इंतजार कर रहे हैं। एआईबीई CoP यह सर्टिफ़ाई करता है कि आवेदक ने अनिवार्य ऑल इंडिया बार परीक्षा सफलतापूर्वक पास कर ली है और वह भारत में कानून की प्रैक्टिस (वकालत) करने के लिए योग्य है।

पिछले वर्ष के रुझानों से संकेत मिलता है कि एआईबीई 20 प्रमाणपत्र अगले 1-2 महीनों के भीतर जारी कर दिया जाएगा। जारी होने के बाद उम्मीदवार अपने संबंधित राज्य बार काउंसिल से अपना एआईबीई 20 प्रैक्टिस प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त करेंगे।
उम्मीदवारों को संबंधित राज्य बार काउंसिल में पंजीकृत कराया जाता है ताकि वे एआईबीई सीओपी प्राप्त कर सकें। हाल ही में, बीसीआई ने एआईबीई नामांकन प्रमाण पत्र और रिजल्ट की पुनर्जांच के संबंध में एक अद्यतन अधिसूचना जारी की है। यदि किसी उम्मीदवार का रिजल्ट रोक दिया गया है और वह अंडरटेकिंग कैटेगरी के अंतर्गत अर्हता प्राप्त कर चुका है, तो उसे निर्धारित समय अवधि के भीतर अपना नामांकन प्रमाण पत्र अपलोड करना होगा। उम्मीदवार आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर स्थित पोर्टल के माध्यम से अपना नामांकन प्रमाण पत्र अपलोड कर सकते हैं।

डिस्पैच की स्थिति पर नज़र रखें | एआईबीई वेबसाइट या AIBESCOPE ऐप के माध्यम से प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने और भेजने की स्थिति को ट्रैक करें। |
स्टेट बार काउंसिल से संपर्क करें | यदि पता चलता है कि प्रमाणपत्र भेज दिए गए हैं, तो अपने संबंधित राज्य बार काउंसिल से संपर्क करें या एआईबीई सीओपी संग्रह विवरण के लिए उनकी आधिकारिक वेबसाइट देखें। |
आवेदन जमा करें (यदि आवश्यक हो) | कुछ एसबीसी के लिए उम्मीदवारों को एआईबीई सीओपी प्राप्त करने के लिए एक औपचारिक आवेदन जमा करना आवश्यक होता है। |

यदि एआईबीई प्रमाणपत्र में गलत या अधूरी जानकारी हो तो क्या करें?
हालांकि यह एक दुर्लभ घटना है, फिर भी इस मामले में उम्मीदवारों को तुरंत अपने नामांकन प्रमाण पत्र की एक प्रति के साथ aibe.helpdesk@gmail.com पर संपर्क करना चाहिए और गलत मूल प्रैक्टिस सर्टिफिकेट (सीओपी) को लिखित आवेदन के साथ बीसीआई दिल्ली स्थित एआईबीई हेल्पडेस्क पर जमा करना चाहिए। संशोधित एआईबीई प्रैक्टिस सर्टिफिकेट के सत्यापन और संबंधित राज्य बार काउंसिल द्वारा इसे जारी करने में लगभग 1-2 महीने का समय लगता है।
