The Bar Council of India (BCI) will start the AIBE 22 registration 2026 tomorrow, August 19, 2026. Eligible candidates for the All India Bar Examination XXII can fill out the application form online at allindiabarexamination.com. Candidates who have completed a 3-year or 5-year LLB from a BCI-recognised institution can apply. Final-semester LLB students without backlogs and law graduates awaiting their degree can also appear for AIBE. The last date to apply is October 27, 2026. The AIBE 22 exam will be held on November 29, 2026, in offline mode. Candidates who appear and pass the exam will be awarded the Certificate of Practice (CoP). The CoP is required to practise law as an advocate in India.

Students can enrol for AIBE XXII online registration through the following steps:
Visit the official portal - allindiabarexamination.com
Register using name, email ID and mobile number.
Enter personal details such as family, contact and State Bar Council enrolment details.
Provide academic details of Class 10, 12 and LLB qualification.
Upload the photograph, signature, enrolment certificate, qualification documents and other required files.
Pay the AIBE application fee using a credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking.
Submit the form and save the confirmation page and payment receipt.

Recent passport-size photograph | A colour photograph with a white or light background. The file must be in JPG/JPEG format and be between 10KB and 50KB in size. |
Scanned signature | Signature should be in black or dark blue ink on a plain white sheet of paper. The file should be JPG/JPEG, 350 × 150 pixels and 10 KB to 20 KB. |
Valid photo ID proof | Government-issued ID such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID, passport or driving licence. |
Category certificate | SC/ST/OBC/EWS beneficiary candidates will be required to upload the certificate in PDF form. The OBC candidates are required to submit a non-creamy layer certificate. |
