The Common Entrance Test Cell Maharashtra (CET Cell Maharashtra) has released the Round 1 seat allotment result for 3-year LLB programme under the MH CET Law CAP round on August 8, 2025. Candidates who have registered for MH CET 3-year LLB counselling can check their allotment status on the official website: llb3cap25.mahacet.org. Shortlisted candidates should report to the allotted college to confirm their seat by August 13, 2025. However, candidates who have been given their first preference of college during the MH CET 3-year LLB round 1 allotment are not eligible to participate in further rounds of counselling.
Candidates who were not allotted a seat or are not satisfied with their current allotment can wait to participate in the MH CET 3-year LLB CAP round 2. The vacant seats for MH CET 3-year LLB CAP round 2 will be published on August 14, 2025. However, the MH CET 3-year LLB seat allotment for Round 2 will be declared on August 19, 2025 after 5 pm. Candidates can report to the allocated college to confirm the seat for LLB CAP Round 2 from August 20 to 22, 2025.

Mumbai University has opened its application forms, under the Department of Law, for the two-year LLM program. The portable was made accessible for the applicants from the 3rd of August, 2024, and will be open till the 12th of August, 11:55 pm.
The applicants can fill out the form via their online portable, which is linked below for your convenience. The exam conducted by the Mumbai University for their LLM program is called the LLM CET exam, which will most probably be conducted by the end week of August 2024.
There will be around 50 multiple-choice questions from different areas of law such as constitutional law, family law, administrative law, human law, etc. The exact date of the exam will be conveyed to you either by email or via their website.
