HPNET Eligibility Criteria 2018 – Minimum Qualification for UG programme

The candidates who wish to seek admission in the undergraduate programme BA LLB/BBA LLB (Hons.) need to appear in the National Law Test conducted by HPNLU ie HPNLET 2018
The candidates should have passed 10+2 examination from any recognised board with minimum 50% (45 % for S.C/S.T. Students) in one attempt (no compartment). Students who have appeared for their H.S.C finals and awaiting results are also eligible to apply, subject to submission of passing certificate by the announced date.
HPNET 2018 Eligibility Criteria – Minimum Qualification for PG programme
The candidates who wish to seek admission in LLM programme also need to appear in HPNET 2018. Also, for the candidates who wish to seek admission in LLM programme should have passed his/her undergraduate i.e. LL.B. Degree (3 years or 5 years) from any recognised University in India or foreign University recognised as equivalent under Indian Law with minimum 55% or an equivalent grade point.
*It should be noted that the candidates who have obtained their degree of 10+2 through Open Universities System directly without having any basic qualification are not eligible for the Law Course.
