Commissioner for Entrance Examination (CEE) has started the KLEE 2025 counselling for admission to government and private law colleges in Kerala. The courses offered through KLEE 2025 are 3-year LLB and 5-year integrated LLB. Candidates can register themselves at the KLEE counselling portal by July 27. The scores of KLEE 2025 will be accepted by four government law colleges and 30 private law colleges.
The government law colleges, most sought after ones in the KLEE 2025, are offering a combined intake of 420 in 3-year LLB and 360 in 3-year LLB. The allotment of seats will be conducted based on merit cum preference. For more details, including dates and fees, please see below.

The KLEE exams for both 3 and 5-year LLB programmes were held on June 1, across the state of Kerala. The results were announced on June 19. The KLEE counselling is an online admission process, and only shortlisted candidates are eligible to participate. The KLEE counselling fee is Rs. 1000 for general and SEBC candidates. SC, ST, OEC and candidates from juvenile home/Nirbhaya/Sreechitra are required to pay Rs. 500.

With a KLEE rank of 1,267 under the SC/ST category, you have a good chance of getting admission in government law colleges in Kerala. In previous years, Government Law College Thiruvananthapuram had closing ranks around 969 for SC and 2,120 for ST. Government Law College Ernakulam had closing ranks around 610 for SC and 688 for ST.

Based on previous KLEE cut-offs , getting admission in Government Law College, Thiruvananthapuram with 162 marks under reservation might be difficult.
For the 3-year LLB course, last ranks for reserved categories were around:
SC: 515
ST: 1870
BH (Backward Hindu): 315
For the 5-year LLB course, last ranks were around:
SC: 969
ST: 2120
BH: 352
These ranks usually relate to higher marks than 162.
