Candidates who have been allotted a seat must exercise one of the two options: Freeze or Betterment. Those who wish to accept the seat allotted during the MH CET 3-year LLB 2026 round 1 seat allotment must pay the acceptance fee of Rs 1,000. Candidates must also report to the allotted college between August 20, 2026 and August 22, 2026. The CET cell has discontinued the auto-freeze option during the Centralised Academic Process (CAP) for the academic year 2026-27.

Download the MH CET 3-year LLB 2026 seat allotment list for future use
Candidates can check out the category-wise MH CET 3-year LLB cut-off from the seat allotment lists. The institute-wise MH CET 3-year LLB round 1 seat allotment list details the opening and closing cut-off for Maharashtra State (MS) and Outside Maharashtra State (OMS). The round-wise cut-off will be updated once released.
The CET Cell permits candidates to exercise either the Freeze or the Betterment option during the CAP rounds. Candidates who have been allotted a seat during the MH CET 3-year LLB round 1 CAP must pay the required fee and report to the concerned law college before the deadline. Those who wish to freeze their seat must pay Rs 1,000 as an acceptance fee. They must report to the allotted college and submit the required documents in their original form from August 20, 2026 to August 22, 2026. The respective law colleges will release the list of selected candidates based on MH CET 3-year LLB seat allotment on August 23, 2026.
Candidates who wish to wait for a seat for higher preference can exercise the Betterment option. They must still pay the required seat acceptance fee of Rs 1,000 to reserve a seat in round 1 CAP. Note that, based on the revised MH CET Law 2026 CAP rules, auto freeze has been discontinued.
