MH CET Law 2026 Allotment Results: Several Top Colleges Close Above 99 Percentile in Round 1
The CET Cell, Maharashtra, has announced the allotment results for 5-year LLB on August 18. While the participation of several colleges remained uncertain for several days, the allotment result shows tough competition for popular law colleges such as GLC Mumbai, ILS Pune, Praveen Gandhi Law College, and D.E.S. Navalmal Firodia Law College (DES Law). Under the Maharashtra State (MH) category, these colleges have recorded cutoffs at over the 99th percentile.
GLC Mumbai, the most popular law college in Maharashtra, closed MH-General category admission at the 99.57th percentile. The other state category admissions also closed at the 99.87th percentile.

ILS Pune also reported a similar admission trend. The law college offers BA LLB and BBA LLB courses. Both these courses have similar cutoffs, at 98.281 for BA LLB-MS and 99.62th for OMS. The BBA LLB course also has similar cutoffs at 98.56th percentile for MS-Open and 99.61th for OMS.

DES Shri Navalmal Firodia Law College, Pune, another popular choice among MH CET Law candidates, offers both BA LLB and BBA LLB courses. The BBA LLB course recorded a slightly higher MH-Open cutoff at 97.14th percentile compared to 96.23rd percentile for BA LLB. However, the OMS cutoffs remained very high for both courses, closing at the 98.99th and 99.21st percentile, respectively.
