    The Rajasthan High Court specified the Rajasthan Judiciary syllabus 2026 on its official website. The HC conducts the Judicial Services exam to recruit for the Civil Judge Cadre position by conducting three exams under the RS Judicial Services exam. The first exam is a screening test called the preliminary exam for shortlisting candidates for the second exam, which is the mains exam. Rajasthan Judiciary 2026 syllabus includes the topics under the law and language papers. The syllabus for the law papers is the same for both prelims and mains, whereas the syllabus of Rajasthan judicial service language papers differs. The scores of the preliminary exam do not add to the final scores for selection.

    The RS Judicial preliminary exam is an objective-type exam carrying 70% weightage for the Law Papers I and II and 30% weightage for the language papers. There will be 100 questions carrying one mark each. There is no negative marking in the Rajasthan prelims exam. The mains exam consists of four papers: two for law and 2 language papers. The Rajasthan Judicial Services 2026 law papers carry 100 marks each, and the language papers carry 50 marks each.

    Minimum Score Required for Rajasthan Judicial Services Exam 2026

    Candidates are required to score a minimum of 45% marks to qualify the prelims. SC/ST, Persons with Benchmark Disability and Ex-servicemen require only 40% of the total marks. General category candidates require 35% in each paper of the RS Judicial Services exam to pass and an aggregate of 40%. The minimum score for SC/ST, Persons with Benchmark Disability, and Ex-servicemen for the main exam is 30% in each paper and 35% aggregate marks.
