बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया (बीसीआई) ने अखिल भारतीय बार परीक्षा (एआईबीई) XXI (21) के लिए आधिकारिक अधिसूचना जारी कर दी है। एआईबीई XXI का आयोजन 7 जून, 2026 को होना निर्धारित है। एआईबीई 21 के लिए ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन 11 फरवरी 2026 से आरंभ होगा। रजिस्ट्रेशन की अंतिम तिथि 30 अप्रैल 2026 तक है। यह सर्टिफिकेशन एग्जाम लॉ ग्रेजुएट्स के लिए भारत में प्रैक्टिस करने के लिए एक ज़रूरी शर्त है, जिसके लिए उन्हें सर्टिफिकेट ऑफ प्रैक्टिस (CoP) मिलता है। एआईबीई 21 एग्जाम 56 शहरों में ऑफलाइन, OMR-बेस्ड फॉर्मेट में होगा।

एआईबीई सिलेबस को भारत के नए क्रिमिनल कानूनों को शामिल करने के लिए अपडेट किया गया है। ये नए क्रिमिनल कानून हैं: भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS), भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता (BNSS), और भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम (BSA)।

एआईबीई 21 परीक्षा का अवलोकन
एआईबीई अब पारंपरिक ओपन बुक एग्जाम नहीं रहा, कैंडिडेट्स को बिना नोट्स या कमेंट्स के बेयर एक्ट्स ले जाने की इजाज़त है। कैंडिडेट्स को ये एआईबीई एलिजिबिलिटी क्राइटेरिया पूरे करने होंगे:
परीक्षा का तरीका: ऑफलाइन (पेन और पेपर आधारित ओएमआर प्रारूप)।
कुल अवधि: 3 घंटे और 30 मिनट।
प्रश्न प्रारूप: 100 बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न (एमसीक्यू)।
अंकन प्रणाली: प्रत्येक सही उत्तर के लिए 1 अंक; कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं।
एआईबीई क्वालिफाइंग मार्क्स : जनरल/OBC के लिए 45% और SC/ST/PWD उम्मीदवारों के लिए 40%।
एआईबीई XXI (21) 2026 के लिए पात्रता मानदंड
एआईबीई 2026 परीक्षा सत्र के लिए पंजीकरण करने हेतु उम्मीदवारों को निम्नलिखित आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करना होगा:
राष्ट्रीयता: भारतीय नागरिक होना अनिवार्य है; भारतीय एलएलबी डिग्री धारक ओसीआई/पीआईओ भी पात्र हैं।
शैक्षणिक योग्यता: बीसीआई द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से 3 वर्ष या 5 वर्षीय एलएलबी डिग्री।
बार काउंसिल एनरोलमेंट: उम्मीदवार बिना एनरोलमेंट सर्टिफिकेट के रजिस्टर कर सकते हैं, लेकिन सर्टिफिकेट ऑफ प्रैक्टिस (CoP) पाने के लिए उन्हें आखिरकार स्टेट बार काउंसिल में एनरोल करना होगा।
एलएलबी की न्यूनतम अंक संख्या: परीक्षा में बैठने के लिए एलएलबी डिग्री में न्यूनतम प्रतिशत की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है।
अंतिम वर्ष के छात्र: यदि आप अंतिम सेमेस्टर में हैं और पिछले सेमेस्टर से आपके कोई भी विषय लंबित नहीं हैं, तो आप आवेदन करने के पात्र हैं।
आयु सीमा: एआईबीई 2026 में उपस्थित होने के लिए कोई ऊपरी या निचली आयु सीमा निर्धारित नहीं है।
