एआईबीई XX (20) में 69.21% उम्मीदवार उत्तीर्ण : बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया ने एआईबीई 20 एनरोलमेंट सर्टिफिकेट और रिजल्ट की रीचेकिंग के बारे में एक ज़रूरी नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया है। नोटिफिकेशन के अनुसार, जिन उम्मीदवारों का रिजल्ट स्टेटस 'विदहेल्ड' दिखा रहा है और जिन्होंने अंडरटेकिंग कैटेगरी के तहत क्वालिफाई किया है, उन्हें तय तारीख तक अपना एनरोलमेंट सर्टिफिकेट अपने एआईबीई XX रिजल्ट पर अपलोड करना होगा। बीसीआई जल्द ही तारीखें बताएगा, और एनरोलमेंट सर्टिफिकेट अपलोड करने के लिए पोर्टल अगले हफ़्ते एक्टिवेट कर दिया जाएगा।

दूसरी ओर, जो उम्मीदवार सोचते हैं कि 7 जनवरी, 2026 को जारी एआईबीई 20 के नतीजों के मूल्यांकन में कोई गलती है, वे अपने नतीजों को दोबारा चेक करवा सकते हैं। एआईबीई 20 रिजल्ट रीचेकिंग के लिए आवेदन रीचेकिंग पोर्टल के ज़रिए किया जा सकता है। एआईबीई 2025 रिजल्ट रीचेकिंग के लिए पोर्टल 14 जनवरी, 2026 को खुल गया। एआईबीई 2025 रिजल्ट रीचेकिंग के लिए आवेदन करने की आखिरी तारीख 23 जनवरी, 2026 है। ओएमआर शीट की रीचेकिंग के बाद, अपडेटेड एआईबीई XX रिजल्ट उम्मीदवारों को उनके ईमेल पर बताया जाएगा। रिजल्ट रीचेक करने के लिए आवेदन सिर्फ़ ऑनलाइन ही जमा किया जा सकता है और रीचेकिंग फीस वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
बीसीआई ने एक नोटिफिकेशन जारी करते हुए कहा है कि यह सूचित किया जाता है कि AIBE-XX परीक्षा के लिए OMR शीट की रीचेकिंग के लिए आवेदन 14.01.2026 से 23.01.2026 तक स्वीकार किए जाएंगे। इसलिए, रीचेकिंग के बाद अपडेटेड रिजल्ट उम्मीदवारों की रजिस्टर्ड ई-मेल ID पर भेजे जाएंगे।
जो उम्मीदवार अपने रिजल्ट/OMR शीट की रीचेकिंग करवाना चाहते हैं, वे OMR शीट की रीcheकिंग के लिए वेबसाइट www.allindiabarexamination.com पर जाकर ऑनलाइन आवेदन फॉर्म भर सकते हैं। उम्मीदवारों को अपनी OMR शीट की रीचेकिंग के लिए 500/- रुपये की ऑनलाइन फीस देनी होगी। यदि रीचेकिंग के लिए आवेदन किसी अन्य माध्यम से प्राप्त होते हैं, जैसे कि फिजिकल कॉपी और 500/- रुपये की फीस, तो उन्हें स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
30 नवंबर को आयोजित अखिल भारतीय बार परीक्षा में कुल 2,51,968 उम्मीदवार उपस्थित हुए। इनमें से 1,74,386 उम्मीदवार उत्तीर्ण हुए हैं और वे एआईबीई 2025 के रिजल्ट के बाद अब वे प्रैक्टिस का प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करने के पात्र हो जाएंगे। एआईबीई 20 रिजल्ट 7 जनवरी 2026 को allindiabarexamination.com पर प्रकाशित किया गया। परिणामों की घोषणा के साथ ही, परिषद ने एआईबीई 21 की तिथियों की भी घोषणा कर दी है। एआईबीई 21 परीक्षा 7 जून को आयोजित होगी। एआईबीई के लिए पंजीकरण 11 फरवरी, 2026 से शुरू होगा। एआईबीई 21 के संबंध में विस्तृत अधिसूचना जल्द ही बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर प्रकाशित की जाएगी।
इससे पहले, 6 जनवरी को, बीसीआई ने फाइनल आंसर की प्रकाशित की थी। छात्रों द्वारा उठाई गई आपत्तियों के बाद मूल्यांकन से पांच प्रश्न हटा दिए गए थे। तदनुसार, एआईबीई योग्यता अंक मूल्यांकन के लिए निर्धारित अंक 100 से घटकर 95 हो जाने पर कटऑफ में गिरावट आएगी। संशोधित एआईबीई कटऑफ अंक, यह मानते हुए कि सामान्य और ओबीसी के लिए अर्हता प्रतिशत 45% और एससी और एसटी के लिए 40% स्थिर रहेगा, इस प्रकार हैं।
