The Bar Council of Rajasthan is an autonomous body established in 1961 under the Advocates Act 1961. This council was constituted to enrol advocates and supervise the legal professionals. The Advocate General of Rajasthan is automatically a member of this council. The important function of the Bar Council of Rajasthan is to admit persons on its Roll as Advocates and permit them to practice law. Candidates domiciled in the state of Rajasthan must enrol with their Bar Council to appear for the AIBE exam.
Upon paying the Rajasthan Bar Council registration fees, candidates are provisionally enrolled as advocates for a period of two years. Those who clear the AIBE will be granted a Certificate of Practice (CoP). In India, law graduates must obtain a CoP to become an advocate. The Rajasthan Bar Council enrollment fees are Rs. 4,800 for general candidates.
The eligibility criteria for the Bar Council of Rajasthan have been give below:
To enrol as an advocate, candidates must have passed a 5-year LLB or 3-year LLB programme from an affiliated college/university recognised by the Bar Council of India.
No age limit to register for the Bar Council of Rajasthan.
Candidate must be a citizen of India.
They must be at least 21 years old to enrol in the Bar Council of Rajasthan.

To successfully enrol in the State Bar Council of Rajasthan, a candidate must pay the prescribed enrolment fee. The table given below provides the fee details.

Candidates who successfully register and enrol themselves with the Bar Council of Rajasthan will receive an intimation letter. This is issued after the candidates’ enrollment application has been reviewed, approved and processed. Candidates can access the Bar Council of Rajasthan intimation letter by entering their registration number, date of birth and first character of their name on the official portal. No. Final-semester law students with no active backlogs can now take the AIBE without state enrollment. However, you must enrol after graduation to activate your results and practice law.
No. You can only enrol after passing all semesters and receiving your final degree or provisional certificate. You can take the exam early as a student, but you cannot become a licensed advocate until you graduate.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and citizens of India. They must hold a BCI-recognized 3-year or 5-year LLB degree. There is no upper age limit to register.

Yes, you have passed the AIBE 21 exam. If you score 46 marks, you meet the minimum qualifying criteria.
