    In the CLAT 2025 Delhi HC Hearing conducted on March 3, the court ordered that all the pending cases will be heard on April 7. There are 13 cases filed in the case of both the CLAT UG exam and the CLAT PG exam. The Delhi HC has directed the counsels representing the parties to give a separate list of CLAT cases pertaining to both exams. In this article, get the full list of pending cases filed by various parties against the Consortium of NLUs that will be taken up in the April 7 CLAT hearing at the Delhi High Court.

    In 12 of the 13 cases, the Consortium of National Law Universities is listed as the respondent to various candidates who filed the petitions. In one of the cases the Consortium of NLUs is listed as the appellant and Aditya Singh (Minor) is the respondent. Aditya Singh's case hearing which was originally listed to be heard on May 8 will now be heard on April 7.
