    3. Karnataka Signals Review of Cauvery Water Allocation in Supreme Court

    In the news: Karnataka told the Supreme Court it may seek a reopening of the Cauvery allocation. It called the present sharing "inequitable" and cited "changed circumstances". The reply came to Tamil Nadu's complaint about a backlog in water release.
