    The Government Law College, Mumbai (GLC) is one of the top preferences of candidates who appear for the MH CET Law 2026 exam. The college offers 300 seats for the 3-year LLB course, 180 for the 5-year LLB programme, and 60 for the 5-year LLB self-finance course. Each year, the college has recorded one of the highest MH CET Law cut-offs, making it a competitive option. GLC Mumbai is expected to open the MH CET 3-year LLB seat allotment 2026 at 100 percentile and close at 99.663 percentile for Maharashtra State (MS) general candidates. Candidates from Outside Maharashtra State (OMS) can expect the counselling to open at 99.986 percentile and close at 99.918 percentile.

    MH CET Law 2026 Seat Allotment Process

    The CET Cell will start the MH CET Law seat allotment process soon on its official website. Candidates will be allotted a seat based on their MH CET Law 2026 percentile and the college preference list. Those who are allotted a seat as per their priority list must accept the seat and pay the required fee. These candidates will not be eligible to participate in the subsequent rounds.

    Candidates can use the Freeze option to accept the seat by paying Rs 1,000. They can then pay the required college admission fee and report to the college before the specified deadline. Those who wish to wait for a seat in the subsequent rounds of MH CET Law counselling 2026 can opt for the betterment option.

    The old income certificate is usually not accepted.
    For CET LLB under OBC, a current year income certificate is required.

    What you should do now:

    • Use the old income certificate only if the form allows provisional entry.

    • Fill the form before the deadline to avoid missing registration.
