The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) will release the GNLU Silvassa 2026 merit list online on the official website - consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The consortium will conduct five rounds of CLAT counselling 2026 and release the GNLU Silvassa merit list 2026 PDF for each round. The GNLU Silvassa campus offers admission into its 5-year LLB and LLM programme through the Common Law Admission Test. The Consortium of NLUs will conduct the CLAT 2026 on December 7, 2025, at around 131 exam centres across India.

Candidates can download the first merit list of GNLU Silvassa tentatively one week after the CLAT counselling registration is closed. The consortium prepares the GNLU Silvassa 2026 merit list based on the scores in the CLAT 2026 results. The GNLU Silvassa CLAT Merit List 2026 will include the candidate’s All India rank, CLAT 2026 admit card number, reservation category and admission status.

What After Publication of GNLU Silvassa Merit List 2026?

Here is the admission procedure after the merit list of GNLU Silvassa is released online on the Consortium website.

  • Candidates can select either the freeze/float/exit option through their login. The ‘Freeze’ option should be selected if the candidate is allotted a seat in his preferred NLU.

  • If candidates are not happy with the allotted NLU they can select the float option to maintain the possibility of securing a seat at a higher preference NLU.

  • Candidates who select the freeze of float option must pay the confirmation fee of Rs 20,000 to reserve a seat, which will be adjusted to the university tuition fee

  • The candidates who are allotted the seat are required to pay the remaining university fee as per the prescribed deadline.

Natural justice is another name for common sense justice rules of natural justice are not in codified form these principles are embedded or ingrained or inbuilt in the conscience of human beings. It supplies the omission made in codified law and helps in the administration of justice. Natural justice is not only confined to ‘fairness’ it will take many shades and colours based on the context. Thus natural justice apart from ‘fairness’ also implies reasonableness, equity and equality. They are neither cast in a rigid mould nor can they be put in a legal straitjacket. These principles written by nature in the heart of mankind, they are immutable, inviolable, and inalienable.

It is true that the concept of natural justice is not very clear and, therefore, it is not possible to define it; yet the principles of natural justice are accepted and enforced.
