The Consortium of NLUs conducted the CLAT 2026 exam on December 7, 2025. As soon as the exam was concluded, social media was abuzz with claims that the CLAT 2026 question paper was leaked. It all started with a Telegram channel claiming that the CLAT 2026 question paper booklet was leaked on December 6, 2025. The viral screenshot showed a question booklet with wrong answers marked. Later, many other social media channels on Telegram and Instagram started taking up the issue, causing a state of frenzy and confusion among students. CLAT 2026 Paper Leak: Origin of the claim

As soon as the exam concluded, several claims on social media regarding a possible CLAT 2026 question paper leak and incidents of cheating started circulating. Some Telegram groups started sharing videos alleging that the question paper was leaked. Several Reddit users also shared these videos in different groups. The claims that the CLAT 2026 question paper might have actually been leaked actually start from a Telegram channel named “SSC CPO exam paper 2026”.

The alleged video showed a CLAT 2026 question booklet with wrong answers marked. The claim was that the question booklet had wrong answers marked to not raise any suspicion.

Additionally, one student claimed he was allowed to carry his mobile phone inside the exam centre. The images shared by the candidate were sent at 2:29 pm, and the reply came at 3:24 pm, which might look like a reasonable time to get all the answers. The images clicked by the person giving this evidence had 30+ pictures attached, which was almost the number of pages in the CLAT UG QB 2026.
