क्लैट स्कोर स्वीकार करने वाले टॉप प्राइवेट लॉ कॉलेज (Best Private Law Colleges in India accepting CLAT) - नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटीज (एनएलयू) में एडमिशन के लिए लॉ की पढ़ाई कर कॅरियर बनाने के इच्छुक छात्र कॉमन लॉ एडमिशन टेस्ट (क्लैट) देते हैं। करीब 4600 सीटों के लिए 50 हजार से अधिक स्टूडेंट क्लैट में शामिल होते हैं। क्लैट क्लीयर करने के बाद भी थोड़ा कम स्कोर होने से हजारों स्टूडेंट एनएलयू में एडमिशन से वंचित हो जाते है। इनमें से सैकड़ों स्टूडेंट क्लैट स्वीकार करने वाले दूसरे कॉलेजों की जानकारी के अभाव में करंट सेशन में एडमिशन नहीं ले पाते। ऐसे स्टूडेंट्स के लिए यह लेख काफी महत्वपूर्ण साबित हो सकता है। एनएलयू में उच्च प्रतिस्पर्धा के कारण, छात्र कानूनी शिक्षा हासिल करने के लिए क्लैट स्कोर (CLAT score in hindi) स्वीकार करने वाले निजी लॉ कॉलेजों पर भी विचार कर सकते हैं। कॉमन लॉ एडमिशन टेस्ट (Common Law Admission Test) 1 दिसंबर 2024 को आयोजित किया जाएगा।

नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटीज एकमात्र ऐसे लॉ कॉलेज नहीं हैं जिनमें कोई भी व्यक्ति कॉमन लॉ एडमिशन टेस्ट (क्लैट) के माध्यम से एडमिशन ले सकता है। लगभग 60 से अधिक निजी कॉलेज हैं जो क्लैट स्कोर (CLAT score in hindi) स्वीकार करते हैं। जानकारी के मुताबिक क्लैट 2024 के लिए करीब 52000 उम्मीदवार उपस्थित हुए थे। हालांकि, क्लैट सीटों की संख्या के अनुसार एनएलयू केवल यूजी और पीजी कार्यक्रमों के लिए लगभग 4600 सीटों की पेशकश करते हैं। क्लैट उम्मीदवार इस लेख के माध्यम से ऐसे कॉलेजों के बारे में जान सकते हैं जो लॉ कोर्स में एडमिशन के लिए क्लैट स्कोर को स्वीकार करते हैं।

क्लैट पात्रता मानदंड (CLAT Eligibility Criteria in hindi)
कॉमन लॉ एडमिशन टेस्ट यूजी और क्लैट पीजी के माध्यम से, उम्मीदवारों को प्रतिभागी एनएलयू (participating NLUs) के 5-वर्षीय एलएलबी और एलएलएम कार्यक्रमों में प्रवेश मिलेगा। 5-वर्षीय एलएलबी: 5-वर्षीय एलएलबी कार्यक्रम में नामांकन के लिए, उम्मीदवारों को 10+2 उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए। 12वीं कक्षा की परीक्षा देने वाले छात्र भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं। एनएलयू के कंसोर्टियम ने सामान्य/ओबीसी वर्ग के लिए न्यूनतम उत्तीर्ण अंक 45% और एससी/एसटी वर्ग के लिए 40% निर्धारित किया है।
एलएलएम : एलएलएम कार्यक्रम में नामांकन के लिए आवश्यक न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता 3 वर्षीय या 5 वर्षीय एलएलबी डिग्री है। एलएलएम के लिए निर्धारित न्यूनतम उत्तीर्ण अंक सामान्य/ओबीसी वर्ग के लिए 50% और एससी/एसटी वर्ग के लिए 45% है।
क्लैट निजी कॉलेजों की फीस (CLAT Private Colleges Fees in hindi)
क्लैट स्कोर स्वीकार करने वाले निजी लॉ कॉलेजों की फीस सभी लॉ संस्थानों में अलग-अलग होती है। आम तौर पर, शुल्क सीमा 4.50 लाख से 20 लाख रुपये के बीच है। हालांकि, कुछ कॉलेज जैसे बिट्स लॉ स्कूल 33 लाख रुपये तक का शुल्क लेते हैं।
