To apply for the All India Bar Examination, candidates must be a 3-year LLB or 5-year LLB from an institute recognised by the BCI. The law graduates from a law school approved by BCI are eligible to appear for the bar exam. Candidates who are in the final year of LLB or BA LLB are also eligible to appear for the All India Bar Examination. AIBE XX (20) is a national-level law exam conducted by the Bar Council of India. Candidates who qualify AIBE 20 will be awarded a Certificate of Practice to practise law in India.
