How AIBE 21 Passing Marks Change After Final Answer Key

The AIBE 21 passing marks depend on the total number of questions evaluated after the release of the final answer key. The qualifying percentage prescribed by the BCI remains unchanged at 45% for General and OBC candidates and 40% for SC, ST and PwD candidates. However, if any questions are withdrawn from evaluation, the total marks reduce, and the actual AIBE 21 qualifying marks also decrease.

For example, if all 100 questions are evaluated, General and OBC candidates need 45 marks to qualify. If five questions are withdrawn and only 95 questions are evaluated, the qualifying marks reduce proportionately to 42.5 (around 43) marks for General and OBC candidates and 38 marks for SC, ST and PwD candidates.

    AIBE 21 Result 2026

The AIBE 21 result 2026 is expected to be declared between July 15 and July 18, 2026. Candidates can check their qualifying status by logging in to the official AIBE portal using their roll number and date of birth. Qualifying the AIBE 21 grants an advocate the Certificate of Practice (CoP). Also, the BCI provides a digital copy of the CoP through the AIBESCOPE mobile application. This allows qualified advocates to begin legal practice while the physical hard copy is processed through their respective State Bar Councils.
