The Supreme Court of India has announced the Advocate on Record (AOR) Exam application process 2025. The AOR Exam application window 2025 has been opened from April 15, 2025. The deadline to submit the hard copy of the AOR Exam 2025 application form is April 30, 2025, by 5 pm. Advocates who have completed one year of mandatory training under an Advocate-on-Record by April 30, 2025, can submit the application form in offline mode. Eligible candidates can submit their AOR application forms in two ways: In person at Room No. 307, 3rd Floor, B-Block, Administrative Buildings Complex, Supreme Court of India or via Email. Obtain the AOR Exam Application From
Online: Candidates can download the AOR application 2025 from the official website of the Supreme Court at sci.gov.in. They can look under the “AOR Examination” section for the 2025 notification and form link.
Physical Copy: Candidates can also collect the AOR Exam 2025 application form in person from the AOR Examination Cell, i.e. Room No. 307, 3rd Floor, B-Block, Administrative Buildings Complex, Supreme Court of India, New Delhi, during office hours from April 15 to April 30, 2025.

The applicant advocate must ensure that he/she is eligible to apply for the AOR Examination. Candidates who have completed 4 years of practice as an advocate and one year of training under an AoR.

Mention your full name as per your State Bar Council Enrollment Certificate.
Father’s name, date of birth, gender and nationality.

Professional Details:
Candidates will have to include their enrollment certificate as an advocate and details of their legal practice.
Training Certificate:
Candidates need to submit proof of one year of continuous training under an AOR. Candidates will have to ensure that they have filed a Commencement Certificate and obtained a Completion of Certificate by April 30, 2025.
Attachments:
Candidates need to attach a self-attested copy of the enrollment certificate.
Certificates of commencement and completion of training.
Any other documents specified in the application on the notification.

Submission Option
Physical Submission of AOR Exam Application: Candidates will have to submit the completed AOR Exam 2025 form along with the required documents to the AOR Examination Cell at the following address: Room No. 307, 3rd Floor, B-Block, Administrative Buildings Complex, Supreme Court of India, New Delhi-110001.
Email Submission of AOR Exam Application: Candidates will have to provisionally submit a scanned copy of the filled application form and documents via email to advocate-on-record@sci.nic.in.
Follow up with a hard copy submission to the AOR Examination Cell by 5 pm on April 30, 2025.
Ensure that all details in the form are accurate, as an incomplete or incorrect form may be rejected.
Verification
After the submission of the AOR Exam 2025 form, the Board of Examiners will verify your eligibility and training certificates. Then, applicants will receive a confirmation and admit card if their application is accepted.
