The Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa was established under the Advocates Act. Its main task is to enrol advocates in its territory. The state bar council exercises jurisdiction over all the advocates enrolled with it in the state of Maharashtra, Goa and union territories of Daman and Diu, and Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The Maharashtra and Goa bar council enrollment fees is Rs 15,000 for candidates domiciled in Maharashtra and Goa, whereas candidates from other states enroling with Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa need to pay an additional Rs 1000.
The Bar Council of India stipulates that law graduates appearing for the All India Bar Examination should mandatorily register with the state bar council before applying for the exam. Upon completion of the registration, candidates are provisionally enrolled as advocates for a period of two years. However, for the purpose of appearing for AIBE, the enrolment is valid for any number of attempts. Law graduates must clear the AIBE and obtain the Certificate of Practice to become advocates and practise law in India.

To enrol in a state bar council the candidate must be law graduate having completed either a 3-year LLB or a 5-year LLB programme.
Additionally, the bar council of Maharashtra and Goa enrolment eligibility stipulates that if the candidate is employed or involved in trade or business, then they cannot be enrolled as advocates.

Sign up by entering name, mobile number, email id and father’s / husband’s name.
Enter the required details in the form
Upload photograph and signature
Upload the required documents
Complete the enrolment application fee payment
Take a printout of the application form
Send the hard copy of the online application to the council along with a fee receipt within 14 days from the submission of the online application form.

Candidates must fill the application form in capital letters.
Those candidates who completed their law degree from outside Maharashtra and Goa and the UT of Daman & Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli are required to pay an additional fee of Rs. 1000 apart from the enrolment fee.
Candidates must upload photographs in which they should appear in the prescribed dress code only. The signature and photograph must not be more than 500 kb in size.
The copies of the certificates and marksheets submitted with the application must be attested by a gazetted officer or the principal of Law College or by Judicial Officer or by Oath Commissioner or Notary or Member of the state Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa
If there is any correction to be made in the application form, then the candidate must do it within 14 days of the submission.
Candidates are required to upload the Certificate of Good moral character during registration
If any particulars submitted by the applicant are found to be false the name of the applicant will be struck off from the rolls.
Incomplete applications will be rejected
The printout of the application must be taken in a legal size ledger paper (green colour)

Applicants have to submit the following affidavits during Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa Enrolment Registration. As per the BCI rules, these affidavits must be submitted along with the enrolment form.
Candidates who passed their law degree from outside Maharashtra, Goa and UT of Daman & Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli should submit an affidavit stating that their name would be removed from the roll of advocates maintained by the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa if their university disqualifies their degree.
In case of change of name of the applicant due to marriage or other reason, the applicant must submit an affidavit to that effect and must also submit an attested copy of the marriage certificate or/and a copy of the official government gazette in which the change of name has been notified.
An undertaking on affidavit stating that the convocation certificate of the law degree will be submitted as soon as it is received.

After successful registration, candidates would be required to visit the council to complete the enrolment process and administer the oath. The state bar council specifies that the time for enrolment would be from 11 am to 2 pm and 3 pm to 4 pm on working days. The office would remain closed on 2nd and 4th Saturdays as well as public holidays.

The BPP is typically required for those who do not have a formal educational qualification equivalent to 10+2.it has nothing to do with aibe exam because it conducted to assess basic level knowledge of law degree student and lay down minimum benchmark for entering into practice of law in addition to assessing candidate's analytical skills.
To take AIBE EXAM you need to do bachelor's degree in law either of five or three years course from a recognised university.if you done your graduation you can take admission in three years law course through direct entry or by giving law entrance exam like CLAT CUET ailet etc.
