In response to a query on the consortium's helpline number, it was confirmed that the CLAT 2025 results might be declared in the afternoon today, May 17, 2025. Yesterday, the Consortium of NLUs told the SC that it will announce the CLAT 2025 revised results in two hours, but it is waiting for the official written judgment of the Supreme Court regarding the matter. To this the CJI BR Gavai responded he has already signed the judgment yesterday and it will be released immediately. The consortium of NLUs told the Supreme Court that it will publish the results within two hours but the written judgment is not out. The consortium said, “we are awaiting the final order, we will publish the final results in 2 hours, we will publish it by today evening.” After this the SC order on CLAT 2025 results was published on the website. It has been more than two hours but the CLAT revised results 2025 are not out yet.
Going by what the consortium said in the Supreme Court, the revised CLAT 2025 results might be declared by afternoon today, May 17, 2025. The CJI also said that the CLAT 2025 results will be out today while listening to the petition of Hardik Garg. Candidates are advised to keep checking the official CLAT website - consortiumofnlus.ac.in for the result notification. This section will also be updated once the CLAT 2025 results are published.
Further in its order the Supreme Court ordered the consortium of NLUs to commence the CLAT 2025 counselling within two weeks from May 7. This means that the CLAT 2025 counselling should begin before May 21, as directed by the Supreme Court. In its judgment, the bench of judges said, “We direct the Respondent No.1 (Consortium) to amend the answer key, revise the marksheet and re-publish/notify the final list of candidates forthwith and commence with the counselling within 2 weeks from today.”
