The CLAT UG 2027 and CLAT PG 2027 application forms are now available from August 3, 2026, on the official website - consortiumofnlus.ac.in. Candidates can submit their applications online till October 31, 2026. CLAT 2027 UG and PG registration process requires submitting documents, such as a photograph, signature, qualifying examination certificate, category certificate (if applicable), and paying the application fee online. The CLAT exam is for candidates seeking admission to 5-year LLB and LLM programs in National Law Universities (NLUs) in India, except NLU Delhi.

Candidates should keep the following documents ready before filling out the CLAT 2027 registration :
Front facing recent passport-size photograph with a plain background
Candidate's signature
Class 10 marksheet/certificate
Class 12 marksheet/certificate (for CLAT UG), if available
3-year or 5-year LLB marksheets/degree certificate (for CLAT PG), if available
Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), if applicable
PwD certificate, if applicable
BPL certificate, if applicable
Valid identity proof

Candidates can complete the CLAT Application form process by following the steps given below:
Go to the CNLU's official website (consortiumofnlus.ac.in) and click on the “CLAT 2027 registration” button.
Enter the candidate’s name, mobile number, email address, and password to register.
Enter the OTP received on the mobile phone to verify and activate the profile.
Log in using the credentials and complete the application form with the personal details, communication address, academic details, etc.
Select the category (General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, or PwD) and state domicile, if applying for regional reservation quotas at NLUs.
Upload a clear passport-size photo, a signature, and category/domicile certificates (if applicable).
Choose three test centres from the list of exam cities provided in the drop-down menu. Rank them in order of travel convenience.
Pay the application fee online via UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking. The fee is Rs. 4,000 for General/OBC/PwD/NRI/PIO/OCI candidates and Rs. 3,500 for SC/ST/BPL categories.
Review the entire CLAT 2027 application form for mistakes, click submit, and download the finished application form and fee receipt for future reference.

If you mean CLAT eligibility for admission to 5-year LLB courses, there is no fixed CLAT score/rank that guarantees eligibility. You must first meet the basic Class 12 eligibility criteria, and admission is based on your CLAT rank, category, preferences, and counselling cut-offs.
