KLEE Exam 2024 (3 & 5 Year LLB) - Cut Off (Out), Counselling (Started), Seat Allotment, Colleges

The CEE Kerala has released the KLEE 2024 admit card in online mode for 5 year LLB, 3 year LLB courses on August 12, 2024. Candidates can download the admit card on the official website - cee.kerala.gov.in through their login. Candidates are required to take a printout of the admit card of KLEE 2024 and carry it to the exam hall. The admit card is a mandatory document and it contains information such as the roll number, exam venue, date and time of the exam and reporting time.

• Visit the official website - mahacet.org

• Go to the admissions page

• Click on the download link

• Login using your registration id and password.

• The admit card will be appear on the screen

• Download and take a printout of the admit card.

Discrepancies in KLEE 2024 Admit Card

The candidate needs to check the accuracy of the details mentioned on the admit card, including the candidate's name, allotted exam centre, etc. If there is any discrepancy, one needs to get in touch with exam officials and get it rectified at the earliest.

 Eligibility Criteria

CEE Thiruvananthapuram has released KLEE five-year integrated L.L.B eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria inform candidates about academic qualification, minimum marks and age limit one has to meet to be considered for admission to KLEE five year L.L.B program. 

KLEE 2024 5-year LLB Eligibility Criteria

Only such candidates who are of Kerala origin will be eligible for reservation.

CEE Kerala releases the eligibility criteria of KLEE for the three-year LL.B program. The KLEE 2024 eligibility criteria include the terms and conditions the candidate has to fulfil in order to be considered for admission.

KLEE Eligibility Criteria for 3-year LLB program 

The exam conducting authority releases the KLEE eligibility criteria 2024 for the LLM program containing the list of conditions one needs to fulfil for admission. Any candidate who doesn't meet the KLEE 2024 eligibility criteria, will not be considered for admission.

KLEE 2024 Eligibility Criteria for LLM Program

CEE has released the KLEE 2024 application form in online mode on its official website - cee.kerala.gov.in soon. Candidates can make the corrections in the KLEE application form 2024 for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB till September 4, 2024 through their login on the official website - cee.kerala.gov.in. The exam authorities have notified a separate KLEE 2024 application window for 3-year LLB, 5-year LLB, and LLM programme. The deadline to fill up KLEE 2024 application form was extended to August 6, 2024. The application correction window was also opened from August 9-11, 2024. The KLEE LLM 2024 application form was reopened again from August 15-17, 2024.

How to fill the KLEE 2024 application form?

Filling up the KLEE 2024 application form is a five stage process.

Step 1: Registration

• Registration is the first stage and is a one time process

• Visit official website - cee.kerala.gov.in and select your law programme - 3-year LLB/5-year LLB/LLM

• Click on the new registration link

• The registration form will open

• Enter basic details such as name, mobile number and email id.

• Upon successful registration, an "application number’ will be created with an applicant account.

Step 2: Fill out KLEE application form 2024

• Once registered, proceed to fill the application form of KLEE 2024.

• The application form will ask for personal, contact and educational qualification details which have to be duly filled.

• Fill out the information carefully and click on the “save and finalse”.

Step 3: Fee payment

Paying the application fee is the third step in the KLEE application process. Candidates can pay the application fee through online payment or e-challan.

Online payment

• Through this mode, one can pay the fee using a credit/ debit card or net banking.

E-challan

If the candidate wishes, they can also make the payment in offline mode using e-challan. 

• To make the payment using an e-challan, first take a printout of the e-challan by clicking on the ‘print e-challan’ option.

• With the printed challan, go to a post office in Kerala and make the payment in cash. During payment, you have to submit the e-challan with the requisite along with the fee amount in cash.

• Don't forget to collect the counterfoil of e-challan from the post office official.

• Once the payment is successfully done, ‘Pay Application Tab’ will turn green.

• If the payment tab doesn't turn green even after payment, candidates must inform the post office officials.

Step 4: Uploading of photograph and signature

Candidates are required to upload their photographs and signature along with the required documents which is the fourth step in the KLEE application process.

After completing application submission and uploading the documents, candidates must take a printout of the application acknowledgement for future reference.

KLEE reservation policy for admission

 *Seats under state merit will be on the basis of state-wise merit list.

^SEBC category will include candidates belonging to Ezhava, Muslim, Other Backward Hindu, Latin Catholic and Anglo Indians, Dheevara, Viswakarma and other related communities.

CEE Kerala has published the KLEE LLM 2024 provisional answer key on August 25, 2024 on its official website. Candidates can submit the KLEE LLM 2024 provisional answer key till August 28, 2024 up to 11:59 pm. Earlier, it had released the KLEE 2024 answer key for 5-year LLB , 3-year LLB on August 18, 2024. Candidates were allowed to file any objections against the answer keys till August 21, 2024 up to 11:59 PM. 

How to Download KLEE 2024 Answer Key?

• Visit the official admission portal for Kerala Law Entrance Examination.

• Select the desired programme (5 yr L.L.B/ 3 yr L.L.B/ L.L.M) 

• Upon selecting the course, the answer key for the course will be displayed on-screen in downloadable PDF format

• Candidates can cross-check the answers from the answer key.

 KLEE Answer key – Filing Objections

• For any objection with the answer key of KLEE 2024, one can submit their complaints to CEE with requisite proof and payment of Rs. 100 per question (in case of KLEE L.L.M, Rs. 200 per question) payable by DD at Thiruvananthapuram in favour of CEE.

• The objections have to be filed before the last date (August 21, 2024).

• Authorities will release the final answer key after considering all the complaints.

  
  

CEE Kerala announced the KLEE 2024 5-year LLB results on September 12, 2024. Candidates can download the KLEE results from the official website using their login ID. Earlier, the KLEE 3-year LLB results 2024 were declared in online mode on September 10, 2024. CEE Kerala will publish the KLEE 2024 LLM results soon. The KLEE result 2024 is typically declared as per the final answer key after considering all the valid objections.

• Click on the desired programme for which the result has to be checked.

• A log-in window will open; enter your application number, password and security code.

• KLEE 2024 results will be displayed on the screen.

• Download and save the PDF file for future reference.

KLEE 2024 Rank List 

The course wise rank list is prepared based on scores obtained by candidates in KLEE 2024. Candidates who make it to the KLEE shortlist will be called to participate in the counselling and admission process. The seat allotment will be done based on the rank of the candidate and the college preferences given by them.

KLEE 2024 Tiebreaker

• In case of a tie in marks scored by the candidates in LLB, the candidate who has scored higher in 'Aptitude for Legal Studies' will get preference. If the tie still remains unbroken, the candidate scoring higher in 'English' will get a higher rank. If the tie still persists, the candidate older in age will get a higher rank.

• In case of KLEE LLM, the candidate who has secured higher marks in Part A of the exam will be assigned a higher rank. if the tie persists, then the candidate senior in age will be ranked higher.

CEE Kerala will release the KLEE 2024 cutoffs at the time of seat allotment. The KLEE cut off for 5-year LLB will be the last rank or minimum marks required for admission to a given law college.

CEE Kerala will release the KLEE 2024 cutoffs at the time of seat allotment. The KLEE cut off for 3-year LLB will be the last rank or minimum marks required for admission to a given law college. 

Candidates can meanwhile check the previous year KLEE cut off trends for various law colleges in order to get an idea about the expected cutoffs for the current year. After referring to the previous year cutoffs of KLEE 2024, they can prepare themselves accordingly. 

KLEE 3-year LLB Cut Off 2023 - First Round

CEE Kerala has started the web option registration for the second phase of KLEE 2024 counselling on October 17 -22.. Candidates could submit their web options through their login on the official website - cee.kerala.gov.in. CEE Kerala released the second phase  provisional KLEE allotment list 2024 for 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB programmes on October 24, 2024 on its official website. Only those candidates were eligible to participate in KLEE 2024 counselling who have secured the minimum qualifying marks in the entrance exam. The qualifying marks in KLEE 5-year LLB and KLEE 3-year LLB are 10% for general and OBC candidates, and 5% for SC/ST candidates. There are no minimum qualifying marks mentioned for KLEE LLM.

KLEE 2024 counselling – Procedure

Candidates can refer to the below-mentioned procedure for counselling of KLEE 2024. 

• Click on the counselling link. 

• Login with your roll no, application number, and password. 

• Select courses and college options.

• Options have to be entered in the order of preferences.

• Submit the preferences.

• Take a printout of the option list selected.

• Based on merit and preferences seat allotment will be completed by the authorities

• As final steps, candidates will have to pay the fees at the allotted college on the stipulated date to finalise their admissions.
