The Common Entrance Test Cell Maharashtra (CET Cell Maharashtra) has announced the MH CET 3-year LLB 2025 and 5-year LLB exam dates on its official website: cetcell.mahacet.org. The MH CET Law 2025 application process for the 3-year LLB and 5 year LLB has begun. Eligible candidates can fill up the MH CET 3-year LLB 2025 and MH CET 5-year LLB 2025 registration form by visiting the official website. The deadline to fill the LLB CET 3-year application form is January 27 and 5-year LLB application is February 3, 2025. The MH CET law 2025 application fee is Rs. 1000 for general and EWS candidates and Rs. 800 for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates. The MH CET 3-year LLB 2025 exam is scheduled on March 20 and 21. On the other hand, the MH CET 5-year LLB 2025 exam will be conducted on April 28, 2025.

The MH CET Law 2025 will be conducted in two separate sessions for 3-year LLB and 5 year LLB. The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Law will be conducted in online mode for admission into law programmes of participating MH CET law colleges in Maharashtra.

The MH CET Law syllabus for the 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB are almost similar except for the mathematics section. The MH CET 5 year syllabus consists of a maths section with a 10% weightage which is not in the 3 year LLB syllabus. The MH CET law syllabus 2025 includes four common sections: legal aptitude and legal reasoning, general knowledge and current affairs, English, logical and analytical reasoning. A total of 150 objective type questions will be asked in MH CET Law, and candidates will be given 2 hours to complete the test paper.

Mumbai University has opened its application forms, under the Department of Law, for the two-year LLM program. The portable was made accessible for the applicants from the 3rd of August, 2024, and will be open till the 12th of August, 11:55 pm.
The applicants can fill out the form via their online portable, which is linked below for your convenience. The exam conducted by the Mumbai University for their LLM program is called the LLM CET exam, which will most probably be conducted by the end week of August 2024.
