Candidates are required to obtain at least the minimum marks to pass the AIBE XXII exam. General and OBC candidates are required to secure 45% of the total marks, which is 45 marks out of 100. Similarly, SC, ST, and PwD candidates are required to secure 40%, which is 40 marks out of 100. In case BCI removes any question after the objections are raised against the AIBE 22 answer key, the minimum marks will change, but not the AIBE 22 pass percentage.

General and OBC candidates are required to secure 45% of the total marks, which is 45 marks out of 100 to pass the AIBE 22 exam. Similarly, SC, ST, and PwD candidates are required to secure 40%, which is 40 marks out of 100.
Candidates are required to pass the AIBE 22 exam. For this they can attempt as many times as required to qualify the exam.
Candidates who fail the AIBE 22 exam are required to reappear for the exam to get the Certificate of Practice. Without a CoP, candidates can not practice law in India.
