दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने 23 अप्रैल, 2025 को क्लैट 2025 यूजी निर्णय जारी किया है। कुल 17 प्रश्न न्यायालय के विचाराधीन थे। उच्च न्यायालय के फैसले का प्रभाव क्लैट 2025 रिजल्ट पर पड़ेगा और अभ्यर्थियों को अंकों का नुकसान होगा या लाभ होगा, ये इस बात पर निर्भर करेगा कि उन्होंने प्रश्नपत्र में किन प्रश्नों पर चिन्ह लगाया था। हाईकोर्ट के फैसले के अनुसार संशोधित क्लैट परिणाम के कारण उम्मीदवार को अधिकतम 4 अंक का लाभ हो सकता है। इसके विपरीत, संशोधित परिणाम के कारण उम्मीदवार को अधिकतम -2.25 अंक का नुकसान हो सकता है। क्लैट यूजी में उम्मीदवारों द्वारा उठाई गई अधिकांश आपत्तियों को खारिज कर दिया गया है। उठाई गई 17 आपत्तियों में से 4 पर विचार किया गया और 13 को दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया। इस लेख के माध्यम से उम्मीदवार जान सकते हैं, कि हाईकोर्ट के फैसले के बाद क्लैट के संशोधित परिणाम पर क्या प्रभाव पड़ेगा।
क्लैट 2026 आंसर की 10 दिसंबर को शाम 5 बजे जारी की जाएगी। क्लैट 2026 में अंडरग्रेजुएट (यूजी) और पोस्टग्रेजुएट (पीजी) दोनों कोर्स के लिए हजारों उम्मीदवारों ने हिस्सा लिया।
यह ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए कि केवल उन आपत्तियों का ही क्लैट परिणामों पर प्रभाव पड़ेगा जिन्हें दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा स्वीकार किया गया है, क्योंकि ऐसे प्रश्नों के लिए क्लैट आंसर की बदल दी जाएगी। अस्वीकृत आपत्तियों के कारण उम्मीदवार के अंक में कोई परिवर्तन नहीं होगा।
