शिक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार ने 12 अगस्त, 2024 को एनआईआरएफ कानून रैंकिंग 2024 जारी की। कुल मिलाकर 26 राष्ट्रीय कानून विश्वविद्यालय हैं, जिनमें से 16 एनएलयू को एनआईआरएफ लॉ रैंकिंग 2024 में जगह मिली है। एनएलएसआईयू बेंगलुरु एनएलयू की रैंक-वार सूची में शीर्ष स्थान पर है। इसके बाद एनएलयू दिल्ली और एनएएलएसएआर हैदराबाद हैं जो एनआईआरएफ कानून रैंकिंग में शीर्ष 3 एनएलयू को पूरा करते हैं। एनआईआरएफ स्कोर और निर्धारित करने वाले कारकों सहित पूरी रैंकवाइज एनएलयू सूची के बारे में जानने के लिए आगे पढ़ें।

एनआईआरएफ रैंकिंग में एनएलयू की रैंक-वार सूची शिक्षण और सीखने के संसाधनों, सीखने के परिणामों, आउटरीच कार्यक्रमों, अनुसंधान की गुणवत्ता और संस्थान की धारणा जैसे कई कारकों पर विचार करने के बाद तैयार की जाती है।
एनएलयू में प्रवेश सामान्य कानून प्रवेश परीक्षा (क्लैट) और एनएलयू दिल्ली में अखिल भारतीय कानून प्रवेश परीक्षा के अंकों के आधार पर किया जाता है। एनएलयू का संघ क्लैट 2025 का आयोजन 1 दिसंबर 2024 को करेगा। एनएलयू दिल्ली AILET 2025 8 दिसंबर, 2024 को आयोजित करेगा। कुछ एनएलयू भी उनके कानून कार्यक्रमों में प्रवेश के लिए अपना कानून प्रवेश परीक्षा संचालित करते हैं।

एनएलयू प्रवेश उम्मीदवारों को संबंधित कानून प्रवेश परीक्षा में उपस्थित होना आवश्यक है।
एनएलयू जो क्लैट प्रवेश प्रक्रिया का हिस्सा हैं, वे क्लैट स्कोर स्वीकार करते हैं। उम्मीदवारों को सीट आवंटन प्राप्त करने के लिए केंद्रीकृत क्लैट काउंसलिंग प्रक्रिया में शामिल होना पड़ता है।
एनएलयू दिल्ली और एनएलयू मेघालय में प्रवेश संस्थान स्तर पर आयोजित किए जाते हैं और उम्मीदवारों को अपने संबंधित कानून प्रवेश परीक्षाओं में उपस्थित होने के बाद विश्वविद्यालय की काउंसलिंग प्रक्रिया के लिए उपस्थित होना पड़ता है।
जो एनएलयू 3 वर्षीय एलएलबी कार्यक्रम प्रदान करते हैं, वे अपनी स्वयं की प्रवेश परीक्षाएं भी आयोजित करते हैं, जैसे एनएलएसआईयू बेंगलुरु के लिए एनएलएसएटी, तथा एनएलयू ओडिशा के लिए एनएलयूओ 3-वर्षीय एलएलबी प्रवेश परीक्षा।
