AILET 2025: National Law University, Delhi (NLUD) has notified that all the seats have been filled after two rounds of AILET 2025 counselling. The third AILET 2025 merit list will be released in May 2025, only if any seats are left vacant after the withdrawal of admissions. The deadline to submit the online application for the Foreign National category is April 30, 2025. The merit list for the Foreign National category will be released after the declaration of results of the CBSE and ICSE Class 12th board exams.

The university earlier published the AILET merit list and cut-off for the second round of counselling on January 10, 2025. As per the official notification from NLU Delhi, it will conduct four rounds of AILET counselling 2025, however more rounds will be added in case of vacant seats. The All India Law Entrance Test, commonly known as AILET, is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the National Law University, Delhi (NLUD) for admissions to the BA LLB programme. AILET is considered one of India's most difficult law entrance exams in India and is taken by around 20,000 candidates every year. The AILET 2025 result is prepared as per the final answer key.

To be eligible for the AILET exam, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

1. For the BA LLB (Hons.) program, candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

2. SC/ST category candidates have a relaxation of 5% in the minimum passing marks. They must score a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in their class 12.

3. There is no age limit for appearing for the AILET 2025 exam.

4. Candidates currently in their class 12 are also eligible to apply provided they submit their qualifying certificates at the time of admission.

NLU Delhi has cancelled the B.Com LLB programme due to administrative reasons. Candidates were allowed to withdraw the application of AILET 2025 through their login from October 14-21, 2024. The university refunded the full application fee to candidates cancelling their registration within this time window. No further requests to cancel the application will be entertained after the deadline. The application fee was refunded by October 31 to the source from which it was paid.

AILET 2025 Exam Day Guidelines

The AILET exam day guidelines will be printed on the AILET 2025 admit card. Candidates must carefully go through the AILET 2025 exam day guidelines after taking a printout of the admit card. Given below are a few general exam guidelines for AILET 2025.

NLU Delhi will conduct AILET 2025 in offline mode tentatively at 39 test cities in India. The following test cities: Bilaspur, Kota, Shimla and Siliguri may be removed due to the insufficient number of registered candidates.
