AILET 2025: National Law University, Delhi (NLUD) closed the AILET 2025 application window on November 18, 2024. However, the deadline to make the AILET application fee has been extended to November 21, 2024 till 2:00 PM. Candidates must visit the official website - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in and pay the online application fee through the candidate login credentials. Earlier, NLU Delhi issued special guidelines for PwD candidates on its official website. PwD candidates are required to upload the scribe documents by November 27, 2024. The link to the notification is given below. NLU Delhi will conduct AILET 2025 on December 8, 2024 from 2 PM to 4 PM in offline mode. Earlier, NLU Delhi removed four AILET 2025 test cities due to an insufficient number of candidates registering for the AILET exam at Siliguri, Shimla, Kota and Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh). The university has also withdrawn the BCom LLB programme it announced earlier this year.

The All India Law Entrance Test, commonly known as AILET, is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the National Law University, Delhi (NLUD) for admissions to the BA LLB programme. AILET is considered one of India's most difficult law entrance exams in India and is taken by around 20,000 candidates every year. The AILET 2025 syllabus consists of three sections - logical reasoning, current affairs and general knowledge, and English. Through the All India Law Entrance Test PG, candidates will be admitted into the LLM programme of NLU Delhi.

NLU Delhi has prescribed the AILET 2025 eligibility criteria on its official website and also in the AILET 2025 notification. Only those students who fulfill the eligibility criteria of AILET 2025 will be able to obtain admission. Candidates who fail to fulfil the eligibility criteria of AILET 2025 will be disqualified from the admission process. even if they have been shortlisted after the exam. To be eligible for the AILET exam, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

1. For the BA LLB (Hons.) program, candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

2. SC/ST category candidates have a relaxation of 5% in the minimum passing marks. They must score a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in their class 12.

3. There is no age limit for appearing for AILET 2025 exam.

4. Candidates currently in their class 12 are also eligible to apply provided they submit their qualifying certificates at the time of admission.

The National Law University, Delhi released the AILET application form 2025 in online mode on August 1, 2024. Students interested in admission at NLUD should fill out the application form of AILET 2025 by November 18, 2024, 11:59 pm. NLU Delhi has cancelled the B.Com LLB programme due to administrative reasons. Candidates are allowed to withdraw the application of AILET 2025 through their login from October 14-21, 2024. The university will refund the full application fee to candidates cancelling their registration within this time window. No further requests to cancel the application will be entertained after the deadline. The application fee will be refunded by October 31 to the source from which it was paid.

NLU Delhi will issue the AILET 2025 admit card on November 28, 2024. AILET 2025 Exam Day Guidelines

The following test cities: Bilaspur, Kota, Shimla and Siliguri may be removed due to the insufficient number of registered candidates. AILET 2025 Counselling

After the result is declared, NLU Delhi will open the registrations for the AILET 2025 counselling for admission to its law programmes. Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete the AILET 2025 counselling registration online from the university's official website. Such candidates also have to pay the counseling registration fee. Usually candidates numbering three times the number of seats are invited to participate in the AILET counselling 2025. The university usually conducts four rounds of AILET counselling. More rounds may be added, if the seats remain vacant.
