Before releasing the result, BCI will publish the AIBE 21 final answer key 2026 on July 10, 2026. The final answer key will include the changes made after verifying the objections raised by candidates. The AIBE 21 results are prepared based on the final answer key.

Candidates are required to secure the AIBE 21 passing marks as suggested by BCI. Only those candidates who obtain the required marks will be provided the Certificate of Practice (CoP). The AIBE 21 qualifying marks differ based on the category of the candidates. General and OBC candidates are required to secure a minimum of 45% of the total marks. Similarly, SC, ST, and PwD candidates require a minimum of 40% marks.

No. If you are currently in the 5th semester of a 3-year LL.B., you generally cannot register for AIBE yet.
Under the current BCI rules, a 3-year LL.B. student must be in the final semester (6th semester) and have no backlogs from previous semesters to register for AIBE.
