Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai, has officially announced its admission process for the BA LLB (Hons) programme for the academic year 2026-27. The admissions are open under the Foreign National (FN), Non-Resident Indian (NRI), and NRI Sponsored categories. The MNLU Mumbai NRI admission cycle officially commenced on January 21, 2026. The university has allocated a seat matrix of 20 seats for the 5-year BA LLB (Hons) programme and 10 seats for the one-year LLM programme. These seats are filled based on a hierarchy that prioritises Foreign Nationals first, followed by NRIs, and then NRI-sponsored candidates.
Candidates must have appeared for the CLAT 2026 (for UG) or CLAT PG 2026 (for LLM) exams, which were conducted on December 7, 2025. Students must submit the CLAT NRI application form along with a non-refundable fee of Rs 5,000 through the university's official payment gateway. The final deadline for registration and document submission via the prescribed Google form is March 23, 2026.
