    Candidates seeking admission in HNLU Raipur through NRI quota must fulfil the eligibility criteria specified by the university. The very first condition candidates need to meet is appearing for the CLAT 2026 exam. Only candidates who have taken the entrance test are eligible to participate in the admission process. The detailed HNLU Raipur NRI admission 2026 eligibility criteria:

    • Candidate must be a Non-Resident Indian (NRI), or either parent must be an NRI

    • Must have applied for and appeared in CLAT 2026 under the NRI category

    • Must have passed Class 12 (10+2) or equivalent qualifying examination

    • Candidates with foreign qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate (from AIU/Indian Embassy/Consulate)

    • Must possess valid proof of NRI status (passport, NRI certificate, parent’s employment/residence proof abroad)

    • Must meet all document submission requirements at the time of admission

    HNLU NRI Admission Process 2026

    The Hidayatullah National Law University will conduct the HNLU NRI admissions 2026 independently through its own portal. Candidates must first complete the application process from the official website of HNLU. The university will then prepare a merit list based on the CLAT 2026 ranks secured by candidates. Those who choose to accept the seat shall pay the tuition fee in the specified payment mode to confirm their seat.
