Options available after MH CET 5-year LLB allotment 2025

Unlike the previous years, this time there will be just two options to exercise in the MH CET 5-year LLB counselling 2025. Earlier, candidates could exercise options like “Freeze, Float or Exit.” But, in MH CET 5-year LLB 2025 counselling, candidates will only have two options - ‘Freeze’ and ‘Betterment’. The functions of the both the exercising options have been given below:

Freeze: If candidates are allotted seats in the MH CET 5-year Law allotment, they can accept the seat by exercising the “Freeze” button. Candidates who select the “Freeze” button will not be eligible to participate in the rounds II and III of the MH CET Law counselling. Candidates who want to exercise the “Freeze” option and accept the seat will also be required to make an acceptance fee of Rs 1000. Also, candidates must then report to the allotted college and complete the document verification process.

Betterment: Candidates who have been allotted seats, can also select the “Betterment” option. However, a very important thing to note here is that this is only for candidates who have been allotted seats other than their “First Preference”. If candidates get allotted their first preference seat, they cannot choose the betterment options. However, if candidates are allotted seats other than their first preference options. If candidates choose this option, they will only be considered for the seats better than the ones allotted to them according to their web option entry. Candidates can choose fresh preferences in the third allotment rounds if they have not been allotted seats for the first two rounds.
