The Bar Council of India has announced the AIBE 19 results on March 21, 2025 on its official website - allindiabarexamination.com. Candidates who appeared for the AIBE 19 exam 2024 can download the results by visiting the website and entering the user ID and password issued during registration. There are several candidates whose results have been withheld. However, the ‘withheld’ status does not mean that the candidate is permanently disqualified or failed in the exam.
Candidates whose result status displays 'withheld', will have to check the reason behind this. Withholding AIBE results means it has been temporarily delayed by the BCI. The withholding of the AIBE result 2024 could be due to various factors such as non-verification of documents, discrepancy in the application form, or any other irregularities observed during the examination. As per the notification, the AIBE result of several candidates have been withheld due to non-submission of enrollment certificates.
If any candidate gets the ‘withheld status’ after entering their login credentials, they can reach out to the examination authority to clarify the reason for withholding the result.
If the reason for withholding the result is incorrect and non-uploading of the enrolment certificate, they must quickly do the necessary.
The BCI will announce the result correction dates through an official notification. Candidates whose results are withheld need to upload their provisional enrolment certificate (if they have one) to the registration portal for verification and ensure the document meets the correct format, size, and clarity requirements.

Here are some of the reasons why the BCI upholds the AIBE results of a few candidates. These students must contact the authorities to clarify and resolve the issue.
Failure to Submit Required Documents: Missing documents are a common reason for delayed results. If you haven’t submitted the prescribed documents, the BCI won’t be able to process the result until everything is verified.
Non-Compliance with Exam Rules: If a candidate is suspected of violating any rules during the examination, their result may be withheld.
Eligibility Issues: If the candidate fails to meet the AIBE 19 eligibility criteria for the exam, even then their result may be withheld.
Re-evaluation or Pending Result Processing: At times, the result might be withheld due to an ongoing process of re-evaluation or other internal issues.
