OMR Sheet Rechecking Window
BCI will also notify an OMR rechecking window for candidates who want to check their answer sheet for any discrepancies. Interested candidates will be able to apply online by paying a rechecking fee of Rs 200. After rechecking, BCI will send the updated results to the candidate’s registered email ID.
Publication of Online CoP
BCI will publish an online Certificate of Practice which will be available on the AIBE app. The online CoP does not have any validity and cannot be downloaded. Candidates must verify the online CoP for accuracy of the details such as name, father's name, or enrolment number. Candidates can edit the details and must also attach documentary proof for the same.
Grievances Portal for AIBE 19
BCI will also open a grievances portal for AIBE 19 to accept complaints against the conduct of the exam. Candidates can submit their grievances by following the steps given below. No other mode of submitting grievances such as email/written application will be entertained.

Dispatching Certificate of Practice
As a last step to conclude the AIBE 19 exam, BCI will despatch a physical copy of the Certificate of Practice to the respective State Bar Councils (SBC) in which the candidates are enrolled. The successful candidates must collect the CoP in person from the SBC. The Certificate of Practice is a mandatory document to have to practise law in India.
On Question asked by student community
No, a person cannot practice law in India without passing the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE). After completing an LLB degree from a recognized university, a law graduate must enroll with a State Bar Council and must clear the AIBE exam conducted by the Bar Council of India. Only after passing the exam, the advocate receives a Certificate of Practice , which allows him or her to practice law in any court in India.
So, without clearing AIBE, one cannot legally appear or argue in court.
Tip - Prepare well and be a successful lawyer.
