Several processes must be completed before AIBE 19 can be considered to have concluded. In this article, let’s look at what are the steps involved after the bar exam result is declared.
After the BCI has declared the AIBE 19 result, it will conduct the following steps that candidates should take note of.
Opening of enrolment certificate for candidates whose results have been withheld

Publication of online Certificate Of Practice (CoP) on the AIBE app

Uploading Enrolment Certificate
As per the revised AIBE eligibility criteria, BCI had allowed candidates without enrolment certificates to appear for the All India Bar Examination. BCI has withheld the AIBE result for those candidates who have not uploaded the enrolment certificate. Such candidates are required to upload it through the portal on the official website. Candidates who have failed in the bar exam need not upload the enrolment certificate as it is not going to change their result status.

BCI will also notify an OMR rechecking window for candidates who want to check their answer sheet for any discrepancies. Interested candidates will be able to apply online by paying a rechecking fee of Rs 200. After rechecking, BCI will send the updated results to the candidate’s registered email ID.
Publication of Online CoP
BCI will publish an online Certificate of Practice which will be available on the AIBE app. The online CoP does not have any validity and cannot be downloaded. Candidates must verify the online CoP for accuracy of the details such as name, father's name, or enrolment number. Candidates can edit the details and must also attach documentary proof for the same.
Grievances Portal for AIBE 19
BCI will also open a grievances portal for AIBE 19 to accept complaints against the conduct of the exam. Candidates can submit their grievances by following the steps given below. No other mode of submitting grievances such as email/written application will be entertained.

The successful candidates must collect the CoP in person from the SBC. The Certificate of Practice is a mandatory document to have to practise law in India.
