Of these, 1,74,386 have qualified and subsequently will become eligible to receive the certificate of practice. The AIBE 2025 results will be published shortly at allindiabarexamionation.com. With the declaration of results, the council has also announced the dates for AIBE 21. The AIBE 21 will be held on June 07. AIBE registration will start on February 11, 2026. A detailed notification will be published on AIBE 21 soon on the official website of the Bar Council of India.
Earlier, on January 06, the BCI published the final answer key. Five questions were withdrawn from the evaluation following the objections raised by the students. Accordingly, the AIBE qualifying marks will drop as the evaluation metrics drop from 100 to 95 marks. The revised AIBE cutoff marks, assuming the qualifying percentage remains fixed at 45% for general and OBC and 40% for SC and ST, are as follows.
Category | Qualifying Percentage | Qualifying Marks (Out of 95) |
|---|---|---|
General | 45% | 43 marks |
OBC | 45% | 43 marks |
SC | 40% | 38 marks |
ST | 40% | 38 marks |
