ACLAT 2020 - Alliance University will conduct the ACLAT 2020 exam for admission to various law programs offered at the university - BA LLB, BBA LLB, LLM, and PhD in Law. ACLAT 2020 will be held in both online and offline modes tentatively in June 2020. Questions in the ACLAT exam for UG programs will be multiple choice type and exam duration would be 2 hours. Declaration of Result
To be considered for admission, the candidate needs to fulfill a set of conditions which are described as the eligibility criteria of ACLAT 2020. Among the important ACLAT 2020 eligibility criteria the candidate needs to fulfill include that of qualifying exam passed, marks obtained in the qualifying exam, and age limit, as described below.
Qualifying exam and minimum marks: The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board scoring minimum 45% marks in aggregate (SC/ST candidates need only 40% marks).
Age limit: The upper age limit is 20 years for general category candidates. SC / ST and Backward Communities are eligible for age relaxation of 2 years.
Please note that only such candidates who meet the above mentioned eligibility criteria will be considered for admission to BBA LLB and BA LLB program.
Alliance University will release the application form of ACLAT 2020 tentatively in the 1st week of December 2019. The application form will be available in both online and offline modes. The ACLAT 2020 application form is open to candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria of the exam. The application form will be available separately for undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
To fill the ACLAT application form online, the candidate needs to go to the application portal (link will be updated on this page once it is activated) and click on the “Register” option. A registration form will open were the candidate will have to fill in name, email id, mobile number, state, city, and course applied for admission. The candidate will also have to select a password for the new candidate account. Upon successful registration, the candidate will be able to log-in and fill the rest of the application form.
The application fee for taking the entrance test is Rs. 1000, which can be paid online using net banking, credit or debit cards.
To apply offline, candidates can obtain the ACLAT 2020 application form the Office of Admissions on payment of Rs. 1000. Completed application have to be next sent to the following address.

It may be noted that the university grants direct admission to candidates who have qualified CLAT / LSAT; such candidates aren’t required to appear in the ACLAT 2020 exam. However, candidates opting for this route are required to fill the application form of ACLAT 2020.

An important document for appearing in the exam, the ACLAT 2020 admit card will be released by the university before the exam. The ACLAT 2020 admit card will be available for download online by entering their log-in credentials. On the day of the exam, candidates need to produce the DU LLB admit card 2020; with it, the candidate will not be allowed to take the exam. The CLAT 2020 admit card will carry vital details like the name and roll number of the candidate, date and time of the exam, and exam centre details. The exam conducting authority will declare the result of ACLAT 2020 tentatively in June. ACLAT 2020 result would be available in online mode and can be checked by entering the log-in credentials. Result would be declared for all candidates who have appeared in the ACLAT 2020 entrance exam. It would include details like the qualifying status of the candidate, and section-wise and overall marks obtained in the exam.

University officials will draw the ACLAT 2020 merit list based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam. Candidates who score higher marks in ACLAT 2020 entrance exam will be placed higher in the merit list of ACLAT 2020. The advantage of having a higher rank is that the candidate will get the first invitation to pick courses during counselling.
Candidates who qualify in the entrance exam will be eligible for participating in the ACLAT 2020 counselling cum interview. Eligible candidates have to report for counselling of ACLAT 2020 on the assigned day, accompanied by all essential documents. At the time of counselling, the candidate will to get their documents verified; any candidate who fails the document verification process will get disqualified.

Till Last year clat was conducted as an online examination but as you must be aware of the fact that a special committee for clat has been made in 2018 which is taking care of all the decisions relating to clat and this committee has made the examination offline from this year. There will be no changes in the pattern of the exam centre. Your Exam centre must be mentioned on your admit card kindly go through it.
